Taking down of plaster from wall/ celing and soffits of chajja etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) surfaces finished even and fair faces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 thick on brick surfaces of walls & finishing the surface even & smooth complete incl mixing of water proofing compound at any height n.exc 11m incl necessary scaffolding /Centreing etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 concrete surfaces of ceiling etc, finished surfaced even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coats oil bound distemper a coat of 3mm thcik wall interior wall care putty and a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash to match the existing as required, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer at any height (n.Exc 11m )incl necessary scaffolding /Centreing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc

M & L Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm plain galvanised mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valleys, gutters, drip and straight flashings( including necessary wooden plugs,nut and bolts,welding and connected materials at any hieght up to four stories buildings) with grade of zinc coating 275 including fixed with self tapping screws or L or J type hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Closing bolt holes etc in old corrugated sheets by sealing with one bitumen and one curved GI washer on either side and 6 MM GI bolts and nuts,all set in stiff white lead all as specefied and directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortor or cement lime mortor depth of embedded portion of holdfast exc. half brick but not exc. one brick from the face of wall etc complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting chases for inerting steel sheet and pinning in making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortor 1:3 to ends or edges on brick wall and cutting not exc 10 cm girth and making good etc complete all as specified & directed.

M& L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B -0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in padding , benching, coping , incl removal of old plaster over sunshed etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified & directed.

S&F bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; ; clamps; hold fasts; wind ties; hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters;and similar small articles conforming to Fe 290 gde E 165 complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges , etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc including fixed with L type or J type hooks or cranked bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 6 mm thick A. C. serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets as in ridge fixed with L or J type hook etc complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of old ceiling board of any thickness incl cover fillets etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair 605x605mm snap grid of powder coated galvanized iron of angle of size 23mm x 23mm of 30 gauge (Perimeter), T section of size 23mm x27mm and main T 23mm x 35 mm of 30 gauge suitable for false ceiling including GI wire 3 mm thick @ 1200 mm centre to ceter both ways for hanging arragement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ demolition of polymeric water proofing membrane single layer with and including plaster, PCC, Padding, brick coba etc on roofs complete including removal of material and debris away from the site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, paddings, mud stops slightly chamfered or rounded in edges including required grove cutting complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 including water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. (Note:WPC will Be Measured and Paid Separtly)

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Provn of polymeric water proofing roof treatment to non assessable RCC roof described as under and all as specified :- (a) Preparing RCC roof surface and applying one coat of bitumen primer @ Rs. 0.30 Kg /Sqm (b) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (c) Laying of water proofing treatment APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 kg/sqm with non woven polyster mat of weight 160gms/sqm as centre core and without multiple layers of polyethylene, finished on top and bottom with 7 micron thick flammable polyethylene applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane unrolled and bonded to substance with side and end laps 75mm and 100mm as per manufacturer’s all as specified. (d) Applying one coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over the membrane . (e)Applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 100 gm /sqm ( each coat) .

M & L for Cleaning the surface and made free of dirt, foreign particles, laitance followed by grinding and removing all existing waterproofing like Tarfelting to make surface modulated. Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expantion contraction. all cracks need to repair with cementitious polymeric modified mortar with 1:3 (Cement:Sand) and add 5% Multi Purpose Polymer as recommended proportionaly by M/s Asian Paints Limited as per recommendation.

M& L for inserting the smartcare Joint Tapes (at corners and edges) between second and third coat, let the material ooze out from the tapes cornercomplete all as specified & directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning for issue under schedule of credit measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil waste, rain water pipe and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, floor etc. as per site requirement making good disturbed portion to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks setting a side capacity exc 250 & n.exc 500 ltrs for repairing,cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc Dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes and cleaning with bleaching powder ,hoisting if required/removing and re-fixing in same position including old or new fitting etc complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling PVC water tanks exc 250 ltr but n.exc 500 ltr .

Supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks with cover (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including fittings all as specified in SSR Part I (Capacity in litres 500) complete all as specified and directed.
