Providing and laying water proofing coating having three coats of rain jackets @ 15sqft/Kg over a priming coat of water proofing paint @ 10 sft/ Kg including fiber mesh of size 800 microns with total thickness of 900 to 1000 microns forming high elstic and resilient coating with resistant to UV rays and non toxic in nature with life of minimum 10 years complete in all respect and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and supplying of new common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10, conforming to IS 2690, inplace of the broken tiles during the course of dismantling brick tile covering for regrading of mud phaska. (NS)

Providing and fixing 60mm thick high density rubbber moulded precast cement concrete pavers block grey/ coloured/designer polished (manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process) consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M-35 duly ISI Marked including the cost of 1st quality colours and hardening agents. The paver should be complied with tensile strength and breaking test as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS 1237-1980 (specification of cement concrete floor tiles). The paver should be laid over a layer of 25mm thick screened sand to the required slope and requirement complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (NS)

Providing and fixing golden champ wood chowkhat (kiln seasoned) including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, hinges, screws,nails, fevicol etc. and painting two coats of wood preserver to sides of chowkhats. Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, refixing of existing grills / doors, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 35mm thick golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) glazed window shutters consisting of vertical and horizontal styles 75x35mm size with 4mm thick floated glass pane fixed with 1/2"x3/4" golden champ wood (kiln seasoned) beading. The rate further includes the cost of 2 nos. 3" hinges, 2 nos. Aluminium tower bolts 4", Aluminium handles 1 nos., I-hook and two coats of special quality enamel paint over coat of primer after preparation of surface (special quality) complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
