Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in all kinds of soil in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto all hight including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, with in any lead including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead, lift and all other incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 [One cement isto Six sand isto Twelve graded crushed hard stone aggregate 40 (Forty) millimeters nominal size] mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead, lift and all other incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (one cment: two sand: four graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth, including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead, lift and all other incidental charges.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead, lift and all other incidental charges.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead, lift and all other incidental charges.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead, lift and including all other incidental charges.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with lime sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all lead, lift and including all other incidental charges.
