Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings and precast articles complete all as specified and directed.
Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.
Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum in soft / loose soil and getting out including returning filling in, ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregsate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, copings, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
M&L for brick work with old size sub class `B' bricks in cement mortar (1:6), straight on curved on plan to any radious exc 6m complete all as specified and directed. Note : Brick masonry work to be carriedout in cement moratr using coarse sand or stone dust.
M&L for 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips including stirrups, binders etc complete all as specified.
Dismantling fencing wire of any type and description, fixed to any type of posts / struts complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling chain link fencing / wire mesh of any type and fixed to any type of posts, struts, running bars etc complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section including taking out embedded portion from natural ground, concrete or brick masonary etc and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
S&F mild steel work as in hand rails, running bars, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
All as per items No. 12.00 above but fixing only complete all as specified and directed.
S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings, straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed (each row of stranded wire to be measured), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal nut, size of bolt 12mm dia and length of bolt exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm (from under side of head to the end of shank 75mm) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing of mesh size 75x75mm of any type complete all as specified and directed.
Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, of any mesh size and type, fixed to any type of standards including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for preparation of new steel & iron surface of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
