SITC of VFD based, AHRI/ Eurovent certified, water-cooled, Mono/ Twin Screw Type Chiller of capacity not less than 100 TR with allied items. The item shall be complete and ready to be connected with main headers in the existing Central Air Conditioning Plant of SKIMS Soura. The chiller shall be accompanied with microprocessor based control panel with all safety, switch gears needed for safe, smooth and hassle-free operation. The job includes laying of foundation as per OEM recommendation which shall be not less than 6 inches above the finished floor level. The technical specifications are further detailed in Annexure B.

SITC electric-motor driven Centrifugal Pump for condenser and chiller sides having a discharge of 15 to 18 Litres per second, Head of 30 metres, 1450 rpm. The technical specifications are furhter detailled in Annexure B.

INSULATED CHILLED WATER PIPING (Nitrile rubber Insulation) Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with following closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 Kg/ cum density, thermal conductivity 0.037 W/MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class 'O' insulation applied by suitable adhesive complete including repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect. Note: The Pipes of sizes 150mm & below shall be M.S. 'C' class as per IS: 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S. Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia.

Earthing for chillers/ pumping units/ Steel strtuctral frame work cooling towers by way of chemical earthing as per IS 3043. The job includes providing and laying of GI strip of size 25 mm x 5 mm from earthing electrode to the Panel, chiller/ cooling tower, motors, etc. of required length as per site requirement.
