| 5 | Credit for complete , removal, taking out, disposal, loading/unloading, carriage, stacking and clearing of all existing architectural, civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and miscellaneous items/materials etc. from existing Bays No. 13 to 18 and Bays No. 19 to 20 of PHED Complex, complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, including converting the entire premises into bare RCC shell condition suitable for carrying out new renovation works.
The scope shall include dismantling/ removal of following items:
1. False ceiling systems: Gypsum board ceilings, mineral fiber ceilings, metal ceilings, wooden ceilings, suspension systems, perimeter channels, insulation and ceiling accessories etc.
2 Partitions and Paneling: Wooden partitions, aluminum partitions, glazed partitions, cabins, wall paneling etc.
3. Doors, windows, ventilators: Glazing, aluminum works, wooden works, steel works, rolling shutters etc.
4. ACP cladding, grills, railings, wall finishes and all non-structural components etc.
5. Electrical systems: Light fixtures, fans, switchboards, conduits, wiring, cable trays, DBs, LT panels and associated accessories complete etc.
6. LAN/data cabling, CCTV systems etc.
7. Fire-fighting and fire alarm systems including all accessories etc.
8. Plumbing and sanitary: water supply lines, drainage pipes, sanitary fixtures etc.
9.HVAC installations: Ducting, diffusers, grills, AC units, refrigerant piping, insulation and all associated ser-vices complete etc.
10.Furniture: Loose and fixed furniture, modular furniture, tables, counters, workstations, storage units, shelves, reception counters, racks, cupboards, conference tables, chairs, blinds etc.
NOTES: 1. The contractor shall carefully removal all non-structural items without damaging RCC structural members intended to be retained.
2. The item includes disposal of debris outside campus limits to approved dumping grounds with all lead and lift, labor, tools and plants, scaffolding, barricading, dust control, safety measures and cleaning complete.
3. All dismantled/recovered materials irrespective of condition shall become property of contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on account of Removal/dismantling, salvage, stacking, disposal, transportation or handling. 4. Contractor shall inspect site before quoting and deemed to have included all dismantling/ removal works described above or not in the quoted rate. The decision of the Engineer-in-charge and committee will be final in this regard.
