M&L surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep & getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thick (above or below GL), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (Spread thickness) soiling for sub base with stone broken boulder or quarried stone, interstices filled surface formed and spread rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) laid in two layers of 100 mm each WBM with coarse aggregates of 10cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates (limestone, sand stone, flint on Quartzite) of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing the newly WBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose, dirt etc and material and labour for applying priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) (VG-10) viscosity grade @ 10 kg per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bitumious macadam mixed with paving bitumen @ 4% binder (viscosity grade VG-10) contents any penetration laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate with paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with self propelled mechanical paver and rolled to uniform smooth surfaces with power roller 8 to 12 tonne , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pavement quality concrete M-40 work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 25mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade `A' thickness of concerte slab in 200mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A', complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50 Micron PVC Film Virgin, complete all as approved by GE

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation Spreading and levelling in layers, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in soft /loose soil trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick as in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for cleaning the road surface of dirt, seals oil, grease and foreign materials etc and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (Rectro reflective) of white colour or yellow using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermo plastic paints applicator machine fitted with profile shoe heater drive by operator on road surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.
