Repair Works under Annual maintenance of 240 TNGRHS flats at Rayakotta Road, Hosur for the Year 2025-26

Removing the damaged ceiling plastering and redoing the new Ceiling plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of sand) 10mm thick for bottom of roof, stair, waist, landing and sunshades in all floors finished with neat cement including hacking the areas, providing band cornice, scaffolding, curing etc., complete as diected by the departmental officers

Repair in civil works such as Plastering with cm 1:5 (One of cement and five of sand ) 12mm thick finished with neat cement including providing band cornice, ceiling cornice, curing, scaffolding,etc., complete in respects and complying with relevant standard specification and all complete as directed by the departmental officers

White washing three coats using clean shell lime salt and screened including cost of lime, gum blue brush, scafollging etc., complete in all respet directed by the departmental officers

Finshing the top of roof with water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement used and pointed neatly with the same cement mortar mixed with water proofing compound including curing etc., complete in all respcets complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4kg / sq.cm including cost of necessary PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass scews, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finshing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centreof the pipe line in addition to those for moe tan 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specificatin and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of 75mm dia PVC soil pipe of PVC SWR pipe including packing the joints with rubber lubricant and fixing in to wall with wooden plugs, screws, holding clamps Type 'B' etc., complete and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Repair in Electrical works such as repairing, servicing, replacement of electrical parts, Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm copper PVC insulated unsheathed single core Multi Strand Fire Retardant 1.1 KV grade copper cable with ISI Mark conforming to IS:694/1990 and with continuous earth by means of 1.5 sqmm copper insulated unsheathed single core Multi Strand Fire Retardant 1.1 KV grade copper cable with ISI Mark conforming to IS:694/1990 in fully concealed PVC rigid conduit pipe heavy duty with ISI with suitable size MS box of 16 gauge thick concelaed and covered wiht 3mm thick laminated hylem sheet for light switch including circuit mains cost of all materials, specials etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. a) Light points with ceiling rose

Construction of Inspection Chamber following clear sizes including earth work excavation, CC 1:5:10 of 10 cm thick and brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 [One cement and Five sand] using best quality of Clay burnt Bricks of size 9” x 43/8” x 23/4” with Class designation of 7.5 and Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 [One Cement and Three Plastering Sand] 12 mm thick to inner and outer sides and wearing coat 1:3:6 [One Cement, Three crushed stone sand and Six Aggregate] 15 cm thick and covered with precast slab 5 cm thick etc., complete complying as directed by the departmental officers as per standard specification.
