prepration of sub-grade by excavation earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth dressing to camber and consolidation with road roller including making good the undulation etc. And disposal of surplus earth upto 50mtrs

Supplying stacking and laying of water bound macadam with specified grade of stone aggregate including stone screening 13.2mm size and binding material,spreading and consolidation with power road roller 8 to 10 ton capacity including all sorts of carriages, leads lifts complete job. (63mm to 45mm)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range as per most/morth specifications) to wet- Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in a uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity to achieve the desired density and compacted thickness complete as per specifications (75 mm compacted thickness).

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of VG-10 grade including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler cleaning and preparing the existing road surface to remove all dirt, dust mud etc and finally brooming the surface as per required specification on WBM surface @ 0.75kg/sqm including all leads lifts costs and carriages of materials upto site of work complete job.

Providing and laying 50mm thick compacted premix bituminous macadam base course with stone agg of quality size and grading as specified in MOST specifications and straight run bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 3.3% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone agg and bitumen in hot mix plant transporting and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density including all lifts leads costs and carriages of materials upto site of work, tools, plant, equipments and all allied machinery labour taxes, fee, testing charges for maintaining quality control during and after execution of work, complete in all respects including cost and carriage of bitumen complete job.

P/L of 25mm thick compacted semidense bituminous concrete using crushed agg satisfying the gradation set out in MOST specifications with 5% binder content (by weight of total mix) bitumen of VG -10 grade @ 2.88kg /sqm with the aid of hot mix plant and paver finisher including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne capacity road roller to achieve the required compaction and density with bitumen VG -10 grade (quarry) including rolling and finishing all lifts leads costs and carriages of materials up to site of work, tools, plant, equipments and all allied machinery labour taxes, fee, testing charges for maintaining quality control during and after execution of work, complete in all respects including cost and carriage of bitumen complete job.

P/L 6 mm thick compacted seal coat of premixed fine agg (passing 2.36mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen of V.G 10 grade @ 128kg per cum of fine agg ( 0.768 kg of bitumen/Sqm) and 0.60 cum of fine agg per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing complete as per MOST specifications including all lifts leads costs and carriages of materials up to site of work, tools, plant, equipments and all allied machinery labour taxes, fee, testing charges for maintaining quality control during and after execution of work, complete in all respects including cost and carriage of bitumen complete job.
