Minimum number of labourers with specialised experience will not be less than 02 Nos safaiwalas from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs, even on Sunday and holidays to attend emergency complaints. No extra payment shall be admitted for working on Sundays/holidays. If the contractor will not able to provide the man power, the recovery of Rs. 629/- per person per day will be deducted.

S & F 1.6 mm thick galvanised sheet with grade of zinc coating 275 in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) including cutting, bending to required shape & welding complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe-410 W(Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction but welded tubes confirming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade St. 240 etc as in purlins complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L granite (of any type or any position) work ( table rubbed & polished), 18 to 20mm thick, in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cill, cooking platforms, wall lining & like in cement mortar (1:4) including polishing of chamfered edges and pointing in white cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) necessary cutting, notching etc for sink complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per SI No 134 but on step riser skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
