Demolition of Brick work or stone/ boulder/block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L stone walling of square rubbled masonry, regular coursed (Bangalore type) well bounded and solidity hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 2.00 above but except stones complete.

Raking out joints/pointing to block in course masonry, or concrete block walling in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar type C1 using 1:3:6 set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement morter 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new undecorated surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer through mechanical means complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling chain link fencing wire mesh, any type description and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work of any description and any position including doors, gate but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each n exc 0.50 cum in any type of soil, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layers not exceeding 25 cm ,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete in foundation PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in foundation filling or mass concrete for fencing post complete all as specified and directed

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc ; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, welding etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

S&F Joist channel,angle or Tee sections (Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A) fixed independently without conecting plates etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, grating, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or rivted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conformig to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of untreated new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ( 1st grade quality ) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of untreated new steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint ( 1st grade quality ) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair concertina coils 610mm diameter wire of short profile with HTGS spring corewire of diameter 2.59mm pitch between the barb 24.5mm. Tape will be hot dip galvanised upto 20 microns. Weight of each coil should be 7.5 to 8kg tape to be 0.5mm thick. Tensile strength will be 16000N/mmsqr (minimum) number of spiral turns per coil is before crimping is 18mm minimum including dovetail clips @ 5 clips per 2 spiral turns approx 125 clips per coil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demilition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20mm Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick backing in cement mortar 1:3 and pointing with white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing demolished material i.e building material concrete debris of any type etc to a distance of 09 KM beyond and up to 10 KM out of premises of metropolition area including loading, unloading by manually or by mechanical means (JCB and to be transported through trolly or tipper and staking at the destination as and when directed by Engr-In-Charge during execution complete all as specified and as directed.
