REPAIR MAINT OF HT WORK AND ALLIED WORK SERVICES IN AF STN MOUNT ABU AND GURUSHIKHAR

M&L for repairof transformer by taking out transformer oil for comprehensive maintenance of all parts including end terminals , replacement of UN rubber gasket sheet and silica gel with new one, cleaning and removing moisture from it taking all the assembly of transformer and removing / repairing the unserviceable parts, reassembling it after repair testing and commissioning the transformer of capacity 250- 400 KVA stepdown type complete all specified and directed .Repair to Joints to stop the oil leakage by draining out transformer oil complete in moisture proof drum, dismantling the top cover along with conservator tank, Marshalling box, breather etc and replacing the oil seals and reassembling transformer, refilling oil after filtration by high vacuum oil filtration plant & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement HT brass studs,Nuts, Chucknuts along with washers complete with rubber parts for one terminal 11 KV Indoor/outdoor suitable upto 400 KVA capacity Transformer.

S & F in replacement LT brass studs, nuts,chuknuts along with washers for one terminal 433 Volts grade Indoor/outdoor suitable upto 400 KVA capacity transformers.

S & F in replacement Temp level indicator including its bolts, nuts, gasket etc complete.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable/burntout outdoor HT cable joints end termination heat shrinkable suitable for 3 core 11 KV under ground XLPE insulated cable of size from 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Calibration of VCB relay by injecting High voltage through CTS checking the over load system of VCB upto 90 % rated load and artificial fault creation and setting of relay by 10 to 15 % of rated load removing u/s overload and earth fault relay including connection with power pack.Opening out the trolly checking the operation of VCB mechanically and electrically through shunt trip coil including energizing of springs automatically including checking of TNC switch.Testing and commissioning all as directed. Note:- (i) Maintenance to be carried out by the reps of authorised firm/rep of OEM. (ii) After completion test certificate shall be furnished by the firm to Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preventive maintenance of VCB/ RMU 11 KV, 400/ 630 Amps including removal of VCB trolley, cleaning of all copper male and female contact, tightening of all connections, checking of all auxiliary contacts, control wiring, servicing of relays, etc. refixing the VCB trolley to its original position including proper setting of manual/motorize operation of VCB, checking/setting of tripping system, etc complete. Note:- (i) Maintenance to be carried out the reps of authorised firm/rep of OEM. (ii) After completion test certificate shall be furnished by the firm to Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of Digital protective relay (for HT VCB) of 3 phase over current /earth fault with high set C.T. Rating 1A or 5A, field selectable, Aux supply 24V-240V AC/DC and out put contacts 4 NO Type (Existing ABB VCB) Make:- ABB or equivalant all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Potential Transformer 11 KV / 110 V 50Hz of VCB all as directed by EIC (Existing ABB VCB).Make:- CG/ ABB / L&T or equivalent

S & F in replacement of Current Transformer of VCB upto 150/ 5 Amps all as directed by EIC.
