10cm thick (average)mud phaska of damped brick earth on roof laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25mm thick mud mortar with bhusha@35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1(1clay:1cow-dung)and covered with machine moulded tile bricks,grouted with cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3fine sand)mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished net.with machine moulded common burnt clay F.P.S(non modular )brick tilesof class 12.5. conforming to IS2690,DSR.N12.17 AND 12.17.1

Dismantling lime concrete manully/by mechanical means and disposal of material eithin 50meters lead as E.I,DSR.N.15.1

Brick work with common burnt clay(non modular)bricks of class designation 7.5 in cuperstructure above plinth level all shapes and size including all materials labour T & P as DSR.N.6.4.1

12 cm thick plaster with cement and corse sand of 1.25 fineness modules in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (DSR.N.13.4)

Supply and fixing of 110 mm dia PVC pipe including supply of all materil labour T&P etc complete (DSR.N.12.41.2)

Supply and fixing of 75 mm dia PVC pipe including supply of all materil labour T&P etc complete (DSR.N.12.41.1)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams,suspended floors,roofs,having slopes up to 15degree landings in 1:1.5:3 cement ,coarse sand and 20m size stone aggregate all same as DSR,No.5.3,same but excluding shuttering,centering and renforcement etc.

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend, hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire.DSR.N.5.22A

Cement concrete flooring ,1:2:4(1cement:2coarse sand:4 graded stone aggragete)finished with a floating coat of neat cement 40mm thick with 20mm nomial size stone aggregate.DSR.N11.3.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources),DSR,4.1.8
