Scraping old white or colour wash including disposd of refuse material

Providing and Applying white cement based putty of average thickness of 1mm, of approved brand and manufacture over the plasterd wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth incl. cost of mat., labour & T&P etc. Comp. (Chapter-16 SI.No.-13)

Finishing walls with two coat of acrylic smooth exterior paint of best quality including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of CC. 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing M.S. Tubular frames for doors, windows. Ventilators and cupboard with recatangular/L-Type sections,made of 1.60mm thick M.S. sheet, joint mitred, welded and grinded finish, with profiles of required size,including fixing of necessary butt hinges and crews and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated) or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.1. limpet washers or with G.1. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing Aluminium sheet 14 gauge(2mm Thick)

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surface upto 10cm. In width or girth or small not exceeding 0.10 Sq.M. area after and Including preparing the surface by thoroughly clearing oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushed, fine steel/wood. Scrapper, sand papering and knotting including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Painting 1st coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surfaces upto 10cm width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10 Sq.M. in area with superior synthetic enamel such as Luxol 3, Hi gloss Apcolite, Superlac, Dulux specified brushing to give and even shade and including the cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and scrapping including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work.

Extra over item 2 and 2(a) above but for every coat of paint after first coat.
