Demolition of cement conc. Reinforced as in roof slab , beams, chhajas and similar suspended work reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as in girders complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Roof tiles of any description or thickness in floor, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of lime concrete of any description over roof slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in CM complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dimantling pipes of any desc.fixed to wall or laid under floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls incl. raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

Raking out joints/pointing to brick work or stone patti ceiling laid flat in lime concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs,nexc 500 ltrs cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position incl cleaning , float valve if reqd complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 ltrs and nexc 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position incl cleaning float valve if reqd complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing up rooting vegitation growth building roof top/sides of walls nexc. 30 cm girth including and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 cm and clearing site and making good of the disturbed surfaces in brick work cm 1:4 and plaster in 1:4 ,surfacearea nexc 0.50 sqm.(Note: For removal of vegitation if reqd at site rain water pipes bends to be removed preserved and refixed in the same location.) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down or up, 15 mm bore galvanised steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Taking down or up, 20 mm bore galvanised steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

S&F GI tubing medium grade with all fitting and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, bore of pipe 15mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing 15 mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F GI tubing medium grade with all fitting and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, bore of pipe 20mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing 20 mm bore old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 15 mm bore 150 mm long tank nipple with and including checknut and washer as reqd at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 20 mm bore 150 mm long tank nipple with and including checknut and washer as reqd at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 500 litres, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and over flow pipe and provision of wash out pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Notes : (i) The water storage tanks shall be 2 layers ISI marked , HDPE tanks moulded to seem-less perfection of rotational moulding process. The tanks shall be manufactured only from FDA approved special grade of polyethylene and shall be certified fit for potable water. (ii) The tanks shall be white coloured with three layered wall and shall be ISI marked. Also refer paras 18.60 and 18.60 A of MES Schedule Part-I. (iii) Payment for inlet, outlet and over flow pipes and ball valve shall be made separately. However cost of providing necessary GI fittings such as nipples with check nuts for inlet and outlet pipes, GI plug with check nut for over flow pipe and 30 cm long wash out pipe, GI 20mm nominal bore, medium grade and check nut for wash out pipes of size as per actual requirements and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.(iv) HDPE storage tanks shall be procured from the manufacturers as per Appendix “D”.)

Cutting chases,pinning in making good to facing where requried and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edge of landings,steps,cills,sunshade,shelves, lintel etc. tubes or concealed conduit etc. and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 as in mass conc or bedding layer to provide levelling course of varying thickness as reqd at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&l for brick work with sub class B bricks Fly Ashstraight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius brick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L TMT bar 6mm to 8mm dia for reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per serial item No. 25.00 here-in-before but 6 to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in chajjas,parapets and the like, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Contractor shall shall have no claim on height , form work reqd )

Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PVC(SWR)single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed with wall of 110mm as in rain water pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PVC(SWR) bends any radius 110mm. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Stack clamp out of 40mm x3mm flat iron stays with rubber gasket covering including bolt and nuts,spacer and securing ends of stays to walls or roof for 50mm bore piece complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick or conc. Surfaces in cement mortar 1:4,even and smooth w/o using extra cement ,incl mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately)

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Rendering 5mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces in ceiling in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate as in coloumns , bed plates,mud stops , copings, kerbs incl weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Roughing surfaces of old conc surfaces by picking up , sweeping,cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @3kg/Sqm including 15 mm thickscreeding in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separatley)

M&L repair of cracks, corner with cement mixed with water proofing compound in the ratio of 1:1. Water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Dr Fixit URP - 301)/Sikka/Forsoc)

M&L applying two coats pidifin coat including mixing of liquid agent and dry powder . (Pidifin 2K no 112 ) on wall.( Dr Fixit /Sikka)

Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Heavy Duty reinforced acrylic coating for terrace/walls water proofing (Make Dr Fix It ,Asian,Sikka) over a coat of Primmer for Sealer coat (Dr fix it) with roller as directed and app by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for polythene film black 150micron complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 ,1.2kg/sqm incl cleaning surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Terrazo tiles 200 mm x 200mm x 22mm thick , with one size of chips up to 6 mm ,set bedded in 15 mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:6) and jointed in neat cement slurry including cutting and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto all per item no 50 but refixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40-50mm thick sand stone slab not exc 2mtr in length, punched dressed self faced set and pointed in CM 1:4 as in plinth protection and chajjas complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F framed work such as grills, framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters railing and similar works confirming to FE 410-0 0r Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces of stone patti roofs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for one coat cement base paint on old plastered or un plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing surfaces of plaster or unplaster new and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Prerparing old decorated surfaces plastered/unplastered by brooming down etc and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetical enamel paid over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint (Ist quality) in plain pattern on walls and over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement conc M-25 design mix as in slab supported on walls , beam, and columns in floors,roofs landings , balconies complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L of form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick surface horizontal or sloping, fair finished surface of complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Form work to edges of concrete flats, breaks ,conc railing nexc 200mm wide finished rough thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick Rendering in cement mortar 1: 4 on concrete surfaces, finished Fair & even including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instns complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( WPC to be measured separately as supply only)

M&L for Mild Joist , channel , angles or tee sections fixed independently without connecting plates, etc cut in ordinary length all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced 7.5 mm to 10 cm thick, 25 cm to 35 cm wire hoisted and set, joined and grounted in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
