Bin Linen Multipurpose (FD/E6/MAP/09) (A) Removal of following existing unserviceable wooden components of various MES F/DB/FD/MAP furniture items or similar items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, nailing, wedging, glueing,providing hinges, placing everypart in-tact the disturbed portion, as applicable as per drgs and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units/Md accns of GE (AF) Kalaikunda including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (C) Timber shall be of 1st class seasoned teak wood.

a) Cabinet box complete with vertical and horizental partitions made of 18 mm thick BWP grade plywood (Make: Greenply/ Archidply/ Century ply) over which pasting of sunmica 0.80mm ( Make: Greenply/Archidply/Century ply) of shade approved by EIC/GE with suitable adhesive on one side and deco paint to be applied two coats on other side all as directed by GE/EIC and as per drg. Back ply shall be 12 mm BWP grade as per drg.

b) Cabinet door made out of 18 mm thick BWP grade plywood (Make: Greenply/Archidply/ Century ply) over which pasting of sunmica 0.80mm ( Make: Greenply/Archidply/Century ply) of shade approved by EIC/GE with suitable adhesive for both sides all as directed by GE/EIC and drg. SS Piano higes shall be used for fixing. Lock (Make: Hettich/Ebco/Quba) and CP Handle 3" (Make: Hettich/Ebco/Quba) be provided in Cabinet all as directed by GE/EIC and as per drg.

c) Drawer made of 18 mm thick BWP grade plywood over which pasting of sunmica 0.80mm of approved shade by EIC/GE with suitable adhesive as approved by EIC/GE in front, sides and bottom of drawer shall be 12mm and 9 mm thick BWP Plywood complete respectively. Telescopic channel (Make: Hettich/Ebco/Quba) and CP Handle 3" (Make: Hettich/Ebco/Quba) be provided in Drawers all as directed by GE/EIC and as per drg. Duco paint to be applied two coats in all surfaces except front of drawers.

d) Base Frame structure to be made complete with 25mm dia PVC shoe all as specified and as per drg.

e) Fancy Knob CP as per sample held in yard.

a) Taking down old cushion and tapestry/rexene and re-upholstery of Sofa complete by tightening of frame with removal of us wooden parts/legs and S&F new springs best quality/Cushion 50 density (Make:Sleepwell (Cool Gel-S)/ Godrej) and with rexene superior quality as approved by EIC/GE (sample kept in BSO yard) of rate not less than Rs 600/RM all as specified and directed by EIC. Sofa will be fully covered and leg base shall be provided of round steel as approved.

A) M&L for melamine polishing with spray machine after removing of existing polish and smothening of surface wherever required or as directed by Engineer-in-charge to the following furniture articles all are of MES pattern viz F/DB/FD/MAP series or Similar items including applying wax for depressed surface as well as washing with caustic soda wherever required before polishing all as specified and shown on drgs and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units at OTM/Md Accn under the jurisdiction of GE (AF) Kalaikunda including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
