Demolition of precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, exc 10cm in width, in plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in copings, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, tring courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, kneelers, pex stones,bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm stone aggregates, as in landings, cover slabs (for manhole etc), Chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughts, managers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, Type B2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Mild Steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and 5 mm in CM 1:4 finished even and fain without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Material and labour for mild steel framed work such as grills, grating, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk way; railing; framework of watertank and similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 all as directed by Engineer-in- charge

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for factory made rubber moulded precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size made of grey cement with pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with and including 30mm thick sand bedding well compacted watered and rammed to true level etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Racking out existing filling in expansion joints of any width and depth upto filler board and making it perfectly " U " shapped with vertical sides by means of mechanical cutter and cleaning the joint, removing the sticky materials as well as loose compound and providing polyethylene backup rod of suitable size and applying a coat of primer of approved make to sides and bottom of joints and filling with polyurethane joint sealent of approved make all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Racking out existing filling in dummy/construction joints of any width and depth 25mm and making it perfectly " U " shapped with vertical sides by means of mechanical cutter and cleaning the joint, removing the sticky materials as well as loose compound and providing polyethylene backup rod of suitable size and applying a coat of primer of approved make to sides and bottom of joints and filling with polyurethane joint sealent of approved make all as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for forming expansion joint for full depth of 425mm deep, filled with HDD filler board to a depth of 380mm, 30mm dia back up rod and then priming, masking tape, minimum depth of filling 10mm and 25mm wide filled with polyurethane based sealant over two coats of primer in joints by mechanical means all as manufacturer's instructions with movement accomodation factor (MAF) +30% with a performanance warranty of minimum ten years all as specified directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for cleaning the runway cracks by using air compressor and brush, making the crack free from dust, grease etc. applying epoxy resin (A+B) pre-batched and Metal container (0.80kg+0.20kg) and mix it properly ,all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
