Providing and Laying in Position Cement Concrete of Specified Grade excluding cost of centering and - Shuttering :- All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 - Coarse sand, 40 mm stone aggregate

Providing and Laying in Position Cement Concrete of Specified Grade excluding cost of centering and - Shuttering :- All work up to plinth level: 1:1½:3 - Coarse sand, 20mm stone aggregate

Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping etc. - Edges of slabs - under 20cm wide

Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from BorrowpitsConstruction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Part-B( Display and Inauguration Board) : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Providing and Fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut,Mirror polished,Premoulded and Prepolished,Machine cut for Kitchen Platforms,Vanity counters,window sills and similar locations of required size,approved shade,colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar(1:4)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in builtup sections, trusses etc ..and applying a priming coat steel primer

Providing and Laying in position Cement Concrete of specified grade excluding centering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 - Coarse sand, 20mmstone aggregate..

Applying priming coat : With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer on steel work (second coat)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture: Two or more coats on new work

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint : New work (Two or more coats ) over a base coat of WP cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

lettering with black japan paint of approved brand and Manufacture
