CONSTRUCTION OF HIGH LEVEL BRIDGE ACROSS KALLARU km0/100 OF ANNA STREET IN NATRAMPALLI TOWN PANCHAYAT

Earth work excavation in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank as per SS20B with all leads and lifts and all other incidental charges such as bailing out water shoring strutting, walling and forming protective bunds whereever necessary etc., complete as per relevent standard specification for DRESSING THE BED UPTO SILL LEVEL.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils and depositing on bank, with all leads and lifts, including cost of all labour, equipments and all other incidental charges such as bailing out water, providing and maintaining necessary cofferdams, sheeting, shoring, bracing and their subsequent removal, removal of all logs, stumps and other deleterious matter and obstructions,trimming bottom of excavation back filling and clearing the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per relevant standard specification, for FOUNDATION OF ABUTMENTS AND PIERS as per Section 300 of MoRT&H Specifications (V) Revision (including 600rrnr from the face of foundation for extra working space as per I S: 1200 (Pad 1) - 1992 Cl:4.2.5.1)

Earthwork excavation in rock not requiring blasting (Soft Disintegrated Rock,Soft rock) and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts, including cost of at I labour, equipments and all incidental charges such as baling out water, providing and maintaining necessary cofferdarns, sheeting, shoring bracing and their subsequent removal, removal of all logs, Stumps, grUbs and other deleterious matter and obstructions, triinir ing bottom of excavation backfilling, and clearing the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per relevant standard specification for FOUNDATION - FOOTINGS UNDER ABUTMENTS ,RETURN WALLS AND PIERS as per section 300 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision-2013). (including 600 mm from the face of footing as per CL 4.2.5. 1 of lS: 1 200 (Part 1) - 1992.

Vibrated Plain Cement Concrete of M20 (Nominal Mix) using 40mm ISS size HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement at site including cost of formwork, soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting,laying Fig and curing concrete , working at depths , tools and plants and maintaining of protective bunds, cofferdams, shoring, strutting etc., complete as per relevant standard specifications, for FOOTINGS UNDER ABU TMENTS, RETURN WALLS as per section 1500,1700 & 2100 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision-2013).

Vibrated Cement Concrete of grade M25 Nominal mix using 40mm ISS size HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement at site including cost of formwork, soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying and curing concrete , working at depths , tools and plants and including all other incidental charges etc; complete as per relevant standard specifications, for SUBSTRUCTURE OF ABUTMENTS, WINGS, AND PIERS ABOVE SILL LEVEL. as per section 1500,1700 & 2100 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision-2013).

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete of gratie M30 Design mix using 20inm ISS size HBG graded metal including cost and conveyancc of all inaterials to site including cost of cement at site but excluding cost and tabrication of steel but including cost of formwork, potable water, labour charles for mixing, transporting, lnying and curing concrete, working at heights, hire charles for tools and plants including all other incidental charles etc; complete as per relevant standard specifications, for DIRT WALL CUM DED BLOCK OVER ABUTMENTS AND BED BLOCK OVER PIERS as per section 1500, 1700 & 2200 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision-2013).

Providing and fixing seepage pipes of 100mm dia. PVC pipes of required lengths for abutments and wings including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, cost and labour for 900mm dia. semi-spherical back fill arrangements with 100mm size broken granite chips at the periphery and labour charges for fixing, etc.,to drain of the backfill IN THE ABUTMENTS AND WINGS as per Appendix - 6 of IRC: 78 - 2014 & Sect ion 2706 of MORT& H speci fications (Fifth Revision)

Providing and fixing KRAFT PAPER for full width of seating of deck slab and including cost and conveyance to worksite, labour for fixing the same in correct position and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and fixing PVC EXPANSION JOINT 20mm thickness with approved type of PVC water stopper of 300mm width over abutments and piers in 20mm gap between deck slabs as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of expansion joints including expansion joint filler and joint sealant etc, complete. as per section 2600 of MoRT&(H) specifications (fifth revision)

Compacted Plain Cement Concrete M15 (Nominal Mix), using 40mm ISS hard granite broken metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and cement at site including cost of formwork, lead for soft water, labour charges tor mixing , transporting, laying, and Curing concrete working in heights and hire charges for tools and plants, and all other incidental chargesetc complete as per relevant specification for BASE COURSE IIELOW APPROACH SLAB AND SAFETY KERB RAMP as per section 1500,1700 & 2704 of MoRT&(H) Specifications (Fifth Revision-2013).

Vibrated cement Concrete M30 design mix using ISS size HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite and cement at site including all labour charges for ixing concrete, laying, vibrating, hire charges for tools and plants, compacting, curing with all leads for soft water, including all other incidental charges,formwork,cost of premoulded expansion joints and fixing the same in position etc., complete for wearing coat of 75mm uniform thickness over deck slab and approach slab as per section 2702.2 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Revision-2013).

Providing and fixing of G.I. drainage spouts 100mm dia as per GOI drawing SD/205 with grating arrangements at top as shown in the drawing using 12mm x 25mm flats for grating arrangements, and 100mm dia drainage spout projecting beyond the bottom of deck slab as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of cast iron pipes and flats and fixing them in position etc,complete.as per section 2705 of MORT&H Specifications (Fifth Itevirion-2013).

Providing filter media behind the abutments and wings with clean III graded material 53mm to 5.6mm to 600mm thick and well compacted in layers with smaller sized towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall including cost and conveyance to work site including all labours and other incidental charges including hire charges for tools and plants employed etc.,complete as per Cl. 710.1.4 & Appendix 6 of IRC : 78-2014.

Filling behind Abutments and Wings with clean gritty gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel to worksite, laying, handling charges and filling in layers, tamping under optimum moisture content to get the maximum density including watering, with all leads for water and all other incidental charges etc, complete as per Cl. 710.1.4 & Appendix 6 of IRC : 78-2014 and Section 305 of MoRT&(H) specifications (Fifth Revision).

Supply and fabrication of Fe-500 steel required for all RCC items of works involved in the schedule cost of steel at site fabrication,labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills, including overlapping to the required length whenever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings, including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc,complete, as per section 1009.3, 1600 of MoRT&(H) Specifications (Fiftli Revision-2013).

Supply and fixing of High Quality of PVC pipes of 150mm dia.. Including cost and conveyance of pipes to the site and fixing in position to proper grade and level, including labour charges for fixing and including all other incidental charges etc complete., for proving utility services in footpaths.

A) Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86.
