SEC:2 Doors and Windows Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood lipping/ moulded beading or taj beading of size 18X5 mm fixed with wooden adhesive of of Nilambur Teak wood approved quality and screws/nails on the edges of the Pre-laminated particle board as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Sec.5.0 Waterproofingworks Providing and applying waterproofing treatment with a 3mm thick polymer-modified Bituminous membrane of Approved make. Atactic Poly-Propylene (APP) based with UV resistant, ground chemical resistant, high melting points, flexible and elastic with high adhesive strength. The membrane shall be reinforced with nonwoven polyester reinforcement of a minimum of 160 gm/Sq.m including carving the corner by torch welding over the primer with the overlap of 100 mm and appropriately pressing the membrane to remove any entrapped air. The termination of the membrane at 30 cm above the vertical wall.The rate is including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all levels.

Supplying and installing of Dimple Board produced from high density polyethylene (HDPE) with various dimples heights and use Non Woven Geotextile PR25 (250GSM) .Depth of Dimple 8(± 0.8)mm and Compressive Strength 100 kPa and joint geo rex pipe

Providing and laying 1.5 mm thick SBS modified self adhesive waterproofing membrane topped with HDPE film having tensile strength of minimum 300 N/ 50mm (As per ASTM D5147), minimum elongation of 300% (as per ASTM D412-06), Puncture resistance of >200 N (as per ASTM E154) and resistance to hydrostatic pressure head 7 Bar (As per DIN 1048) for the retaining wall in unconfined areas . The system includes base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flacky materials, construction joint treatment, proper coving between slab and wall junctions and priming the surface with cold applied solvent based bituminous primer designed to penetrate and seal porous surface prior to the application of membrane at 0.25kg/Sqm, followed by application of SBS membrane. The SBS membrane should be sealed properly at joints & maintaining 75 mm overlap between the membrane selvedge & 100 mm overlap on the end joints of the membrane over the surface etc as per manufacturers specification and methodology. Termination: The SBS membrane should be terminated at top using aluminium strip flashing with fasteners and the joint should be sealed with PU Sealant/ Polysulphide sealant. The Dimples should be faced to SBS membrane to get maximum performance due to air passage.

6.0 Flooring works Extra for providing material and labour for Grouting the joints of any type of flooring tiles of Size upto 500 mm having joints of 5 mm width and in full depth, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade and approved make (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling/ grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying glazed vitrified tiles as per design and drawing in floor (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours,shade and finish (Glossy,satin or matte/anti skid) , laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/Sqm including grouting the joints with approved and matching colour epoxy grout etc all complete as per the approved drawing and instruction of Engineer-In-Charge. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Epoxy grouting shall be paid in relevant tender item. Sample and mockup shall be approvd prior to the procurement of material. Sec. 7.0 Painting & Polishing works Providing and fixing plaster of paris beading work of approved design and size as per drawing using best quality plaster of paris after making necesary hacking/roughening including painting of entire POP beading surface in desired shade.The rate includes all material,labour etc.complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Sec.8.0 Structural steel works Providing and fixing structural decking panel of approved make of 960 mm effective cover width profile with 51 mm deep ribs, pitch of 316 mm centre-to-centre, with 3mm deep and 19 mm long embossment on either side of webs which are diagonally opposite to each other, the top embossment on is 1.5mm deep and 15.21mm wide providing the mechanical interlocking between the steel and concrete ensuring adequate composite action between steel and concrete. The panel shall have v” shape of 10mm deep on rib and pan as a stiffener and male and female interlocking at side lap. The feed material shall be 1.2mm Base Metal Thickness (i.e. excluding coating thickness) with zinc coating of Z275 (275g/m2 minimum coating mass), 550 MPa Yield strength grade confirming to IS513 or ASTM A653M. The required accessories (edge forms /flashing) shall be made of same material of decking panel. Shear studs of approved make shall be used with metal decking with steel beam structure or as per manufacture recommendation. The deck sheets shall be supplied in required sizes according to the cutting schedule.Cutting of sheets to length shall not be permitted at site.Cutting and trimming of small openings which were not finalized at the time of working drawings can be allowed at site. Power tools shall be used for cutting. No gas cutting shall be done on the sheet. Before installing decking sheet, it shall be ensured that the beam support is in true planes, correctly placed and securely fixed. The work shall be executed as per manufacturers specifications by a specialised agency having sufficient experience in similar work and should ensure a warranty for any defective installation, material for a period of 5 years from the date of completion of said work.

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 200 mm upto 300 mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/ balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout for requred pullup stranth of approved make(hilty,Fisher or equvelent) but including the cost of ancore bolt , all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.upto16mm Dia

Sec10.0 Interior works Providing material and labour for fixing eco-friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles having Tegular edge & 15 mm Thick Densified edges on the Tile Periphery for Extra Strength The Light weight calcium silicate ceiling tiles shall have, light reflection 85% non-combustible as per BS 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity0.043° w/m KC for the best thermal Insulation. The Light weight calcium Silicate tile shall be of approved texture of size 595 x 595 x 15 mm to be laid on true horizontal level suspended inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanizing @120 grams per Sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and size of 24X38mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm centre to centre, and cross ‘T’ of size 24x28mm made out of 0.33mm (Minimum) sheet spaced 1200mm along spaced between main ‘T’ at 600mm centre to centre to form agrid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross ’T’ to be interlocked at middle of the 1200X600mm panel to form grid of size 600x600mm resting on periphery walls/ partitions on a perimeter wall with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre to centre with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval and laying 15mm thick Densified edges light weight calcium silicate ceiling tiles in the grid including, cutting /making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required, Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized steel level clips of size 85X30X0.8mm, spaced at 1200mm centre to centre long main ‘T’ bottom exposed with 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing of Suspended Aluminum sections of 100 x 75 mm and 0.6mm thick powder coated wooden finish U shaped profiles linear pattern as per drawing detail. The section is suspended from RCC Slab / Structural system with threaded rod supported on aluminium sections by means of couplers. Aluminium section , Structural frame work shall be measured under relevant items. Powder coated aluminium section to be fixed to slotted angle using anchor fastners at an interval of 1.2 mtr as per the direction of baffles and all required accessoriers at all levels & all heights of building all complete as per the 3D views and architectural drawings. The rate shall include cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc. complete at all levels as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fixing of Exterior Polyvinyl ceiling of panel sizes of 250mmx 2950mm or nearest and 1.2 mm thickness, durable and resistant to moisture, water and borer-fungus-termite attack complies with IS 875 part 3 1987 on wind loading, the same should be tested for and complying to a wind Ioad resistance of minimum 1.2 kpa (as tested by an independent and competent authority) as per prevalent and in practice wind loading norms and procedures. Panels to be installed with GI sections of suitable gauge as per the installation of planks & size according to site conditions . Panels with suitable trims for edge profiles, Connecting profiles, starter and ventilation profile, exterior corner profiles shall be used . Panels must be maintenance free , rust proof and are 100% Water proof. 10 years warranty for colour & finish of the panels.The rate is including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at all levels. Contractor should submit detailed design and corresponding calculations of design of all structural suspension system of false ceiling structural steel support and shop drawings vetted by a consultant in accordance with design parameters specified by the consultant and the codal requirements of BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) latest version, all relevant safety codes, etc as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Vetting shall be in the scope of the Contractor. Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose and should ensure guarantee for installation, ceiling panels and supporting system for & a period of 10 years from the date of completion of the said work. The measurement shall be taken along the girth on the bottom side of the ceilings, in square meters and deduction shall be made for all openings exceeding 0.4 Sqm in area.

Supply, fabrication and installation of customized Aluminium Louver made with 6063-T6 Aluminium alloy from high corrosion resistant Aluminium with a 3mm wall thickness as a box section without any joint, which forms a single fixed horizontal louver panels of dimensions as per the Architecture design & drawings.
