Providing and laying 1.5 mm thick SBS modified self adhesive waterproofing membrane topped with HDPE film having tensile strength of minimum 300 N/ 50mm (As per ASTM D5147), minimum elongation of 300% (as per ASTM D412-06), Puncture resistance of >200 N (as per ASTM E154) and resistance to hydrostatic pressure head 7 Bar (As per DIN 1048) for the retaining wall in unconfined areas . The system includes base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flacky materials, construction joint treatment, proper coving between slab and wall junctions and priming the surface with cold applied solvent based bituminous primer designed to penetrate and seal porous surface prior to the application of membrane at 0.25kg/Sqm, followed by application of SBS membrane. Sec.8.0 Structural steel works Providing and fixing structural decking panel of approved make of 960 mm effective cover width profile with 51 mm deep ribs, pitch of 316 mm centre-to-centre, with 3mm deep and 19 mm long embossment on either side of webs which are diagonally opposite to each other, the top embossment on is 1.5mm deep and 15.21mm wide providing the mechanical interlocking between the steel and concrete ensuring adequate composite action between steel and concrete. The panel shall have v” shape of 10mm deep on rib and pan as a stiffener and male and female interlocking at side lap. The feed material shall be 1.2mm Base Metal Thickness (i.e. excluding coating thickness) with zinc coating of Z275 (275g/m2 minimum coating mass), 550 MPa Yield strength grade confirming to IS513 or ASTM A653M. The required accessories (edge forms /flashing) shall be made of same material of decking panel. Shear studs of approved make shall be used with metal decking with steel beam structure or as per manufacture recommendation. The deck sheets shall be supplied in required sizes according to the cutting schedule.Cutting of sheets to length shall not be permitted at site.Cutting and trimming of small openings which were not finalized at the time of working drawings can be allowed at site. Aluminium section , Structural frame work shall be measured under relevant items. Powder coated aluminium section to be fixed to slotted angle using anchor fastners at an interval of 1.2 mtr as per the direction of baffles and all required accessoriers at all levels & all heights of building all complete as per the 3D views and architectural drawings. Contractor should submit detailed design and corresponding calculations of design of all structural suspension system of false ceiling structural steel support and shop drawings vetted by a consultant in accordance with design parameters specified by the consultant and the codal requirements of BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) latest version, all relevant safety codes, etc as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Vetting shall be in the scope of the Contractor. Only skilled and experienced persons shall be employed for this purpose and should ensure guarantee for installation, ceiling panels and supporting system for & a period of 10 years from the date of completion of the said work. The measurement shall be taken along the girth on the bottom side of the ceilings, in square meters and deduction shall be made for all openings exceeding 0.4 Sqm in area.
