Fully Composed core. b. Without any gap and over lapping. c. 13 ply (11 full core veneer + 1 top face veneer + 1 bottom face veneer). d. Manufactured using VPT (Vacuum Pressure Treatment) process. e. Core Veneers of hard wood such as Mahogany, BlackWalnut, Black jerry, redwood and Eucalyptus. f. Melamine Formaldehyde resin based plywood. g. Alternative Glue Line. h. Minimum weight not less than 1 kg per sq.ft.

Procurement of 19mm BWP Plywood as per IS:710 (2010) (with latest Reaffirmation) of various sizes. Technical Specifications: a. Required sizes: 8’x 4’ and 6’x 4’ b. Fully Composed core. c. Without any gap and over lapping d. 13ply (11 Full core veneer +1 top face veneer +1 bottom face veneer) e. Manufacturing with VPT Process (Vaccum Pressure Treatment). f. Using combination of Hardwood core veneer like Mahogany, Black Walnut, Black jerry, Eucalyptus and redwood. g. Phenol Formaldehyde glue based BWP Plywood. h. All Line Glue for higher bonding strength. i. The 19mm BWP plywood need to be calibrated. (for getting even thickness and smooth surface). j. The minimum weight of the 19m BWP Plywood per Sq. Ft. should be not less than 1.20 kg. per Sq. Ft.
