Comprehensive annual maintenance contract for Numbers 22068.00 window / Split / cassett / Tower Air conditioner machines of different capacity & different make , inclusive of supervision, schedule maintenance, repair and replacement of all spare parts and consumables . Replacement of compressor, repair & replacement of Blower motor, stabiliser, PCB, capacitor, motor starter, condenser coil, cooling coil , supply & charging of refrigerant etc and all other accessories without any extra cost and expenses and ensuring smooth working of Air conditioners throughout the contract period. The cost includes periodical servicing four times in a year, one overhauling during off season period, breakdown calls as and when required. SSE/E/G/MLDT- 422 nos., SSE/E/G/SBG- 115 nos., SSE/E/G/BGP- 138 nos.- total 675 . Total quantity for 3 years or 36 months is 489x36 month + 186x24 Month=22068 excluding warranty period.

Replacement of compressor, repair & replacement of Condenser motor, condenser coil, cooling coil , temperature sensor,Capacitor, supply & charging of refrigerant etc and all other accessories without any extra cost and expenses and ensuring smooth working of Water coolers throughout the contract period. The cost includes periodical servicing four times in a year, one overhauling during off season period, breakdown calls as and when required. For SSE/E/G/MLDT- 34 nos., SSE/E/G/SBG- 37 nos., SSE/E/G/BGP- 57 nos. For 3 years or 36 Months total quantity= 128 nos. x36 month= 4608 nos.

Item Breakup - B-Part-B

Relocation of split AC of different capacity & Numbers different type , dismantling of indoor/outdoor unit with all relevant ancillary work e.g. Pump down of refrigerant CU pipe, drain pipe etc. Re- arrangement/ installation of dismantled unit at new location as per required proper structure, existing CU pipe, drain pipeline. Power/ communication cable, testing and commissioning of the same AC unit along with all spare, accessories and refrigerant refill.

Supply of refrigerant copper pipe of required size Metre & length with nirtile rubber insulation and all other accessories including fixing, testing and commissioning for above relocated units.

Supply of Drainage system for installation of Metre relocated split AC machine for discharge of condensate water with all accessories by 1.5 inch dia PVC pipe and drain line of each machine connected by 0.5 inch cotton braided PVC flexible pipe with all other accessories alongwith fitment and commissioning. Total 491683.50
