M & L brickwork with fly ash bricks, Modular bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in, built in CM (1:6) including demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering/plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 12 mm to 15 mm on newly prepared surface and plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 12 mm to 15 mm and plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, raking out joints and disposal of rubbish , complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 5 mm to 7 mm in ceiling including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of Priming , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new surfaces of of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 1 mm thick weather proof putty on wall in two or more coats and smooth finished by sanding with mechanical sander complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment of walls preparation of old plastered surfaces of finished walls and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint with PU serum, colour stay technology having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note- Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine with Mechanical means

M & L for preparation of old treated surface of ceiling and applying one coat of whitewash incl cleaning the old surface and removing the dust from the ceiling, , complete all as specified and directed.
