Demolition of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors/ walls laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. complete removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for and removing all demolished material/ debris to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick square/ rectangular area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed for floor finishes in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured printed tiles in vertical surfaces of size 300 mm x 450 mm x 7 mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 for receiving the tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for coloured vitrified ceramic tiles, Double charge/ Ultracharged 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Serial item No 6.00 here-in-before but as in skirting including necessary cutting of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for coloured vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade, 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Serial item No 8.00 here-in-before but as in skirting including necessary cutting of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm gradred stone aggregates) as in floor, finished even and rough to receive the top finishes like kota stone/ floor tiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in Plinth protection finished the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Materials and labour for 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platform and like in cement morter (1:4) including 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 screed bed pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 18 mm thick Granite work (table rubbed and polished in two sides) in urinal partition fixed in wall by cutting groove and set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade with Rounding to edges exposed to view complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing edge moulding to 16-18 mm thick stone (any description) of counters, vanities etc, including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish for granite stone etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Baroda Green Granite tiles 18 to 20 mm thick, machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, polishing complete, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Baroda Green Granite tiles 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone incl grinding polishing complete, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made, heavy duty parking tiles, 600 mm x 600 mm x 20 mm thick (with grey cement and pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, glossy finish, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base for tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine pressed Precast coloured concrete paver block of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigment, glossy finish on top conforming to IS 15658-2006, with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, made by table vibratary method using PU mould, over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced concrete such as roofs, floors, beams, staircase, landing, chajjas, facia and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in Slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar works exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finish surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars, 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending specially for columns, hooking ends & binding with MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia welding as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including dismantling all quions, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size bricks) straight/ curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4, as in half brick thick walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster and sand grid on brick/ stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces brick work Cement and Sand mortar 1:6 over brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid for separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant primer and 1.00 mm thick cement base wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces of any description and applying two coats of Oil bound Distemper, over 1.00 mm thick cement base wall care putty as preparatory to distemper on surfaces of wall up to height of three storey building including necessary scafolding and safety arrangements complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore, brass, chromium plated, mixer for mixing Hot and Cold water screwed down for iron pipes for center hole WHB mixer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer–in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated ceiling surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engineer–in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall, chajjas, parapets etc. and applying two coats of weather resistant exterior emulsion 100% acrylic @1.80 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 Sqm diluted with water in 5:2 ratio, applied with fully automatic airless spray machine, allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between two coats, over and including a coat coat of exterior grade washable acrylic putty with and including erection and dismantling of mild steel double scaffolding to carry out works upto to triple storey building complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, make and shade of paint shall be approved by GE.

M&L for complete removal and preparation of old decorated surface of wall, chajjas, parapets etc. by using sanding machine having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc, filling the cracks/ knots/ depressions with epoxy crack filling compound of approved grade, removing loose materials after filling the cracks, and applying two coats of weather resistant exterior emulsion 100% acrylic @1.80 ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 5:2 ratio, applied with fully automatic airless spray machine, allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between two coats over and including a coat of exterior grade washable acrylic putty with and including erection and dismantling of mild steel double scaffolding to carry out works upto triple storey building complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, make and shade of paint shall be approved by GE.

Note for serial item no 37.00 and 38.00: i) The complete work should be carried out by authorised applicator of paint manufacturer. ii) Application of exterior finishes shall be carried out with machanical sander machine, machanical paint mixer and spray painting machine. iii) Working area should be covered with green cloths and all windows/ ventilators shall be covered properly by polythene paper etc. before spray painting and cleaning of glass pane after completion of work. iv) Rate shall be inclusive of erection and dismantling of MS double scaffolding for carrying out works upto four storeys.

Taking down chowkhats/ frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats/ frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) including grill etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2.00 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pressed steel frame for doors with single rebates of size 105 x 60 mm including necessary fixing lugs/ hold fasts, hinges, lock strike plate, including filling hollow frame with PCC 1:3:6 etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 35 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type both side complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of windows, made out of pre-painted steel (Base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58 mm thick "D"' quality gavanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 GSM). Primer Coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 micron thick, Finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyd backer. Section for outer frame should be 72 x 55mm, center mullion should be of 72 x 50mm, section for fixed glass beading should be of 12 x 12 mm and section for shutter should be of 48 x 25mm. Outer frame & mullion sections to have rebate for glazed shutters, fly mesh and provision for guard bars/grills of 20 mm dia, flymesh shutter section should be of 20 x 40mm. The sections are to be cut to length mitre jointed with corner bracket, Centre mullions to be fixed with mullion cap, stay, handles 02 Nos of heavy duty stainless steel pivot hinges shall be provided per shutter. The windows should be fixed with 4 mm thick plain float glass and Stainless steel Mesh for flymesh shutter (304 Grade). Rubber Gaskets will be provided all around the glass. The above frame should be fixed to the concrete/ masonry wall by means of self expanding screws, including 10 mm square guard bars precoated MS with 150 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 5 mm thick figured glass, pin head type, ordinary quality, of size in squares not exceding 0.5 sqm in each pane and fixed in any type of frame, glazing with oil putty (or beading) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for lazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour 9mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws to timber/ aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing mortice lock, vertical type, mild steel, 4 levers, size 100 mm, brass body, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair door closer (Aluminium extruded section) hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universial type, sutaible for door shutters of 701 to 850 mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 kg complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 25 mm dia Stainless steel curtain rod with bracket and clamp fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) complete all as specified as per manufacturer's broucher and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutters of size 30 mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
