Supply and applying in sunken portion two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, smart damp block 2k suprema or approved equivalent, having 100% elongation as per ASTM D412.resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as DIN 1048,reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per have food grade certificate from laboratories like CFTRI coverage is 1.5 kg/sqm the mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & I part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing including epoxy type material for joints of pipes of any type in floor or wall as per site requirement etc complete as per manufactures specifications.

M&L for Providing and Repairing the damaged concrete portion / Surface preparation with single component ready to use, repair mortar SMARTCAE REPAIR MORTAR capable of applying 20 mm avg. thick in single layer initially by hand and finishing with trowel, carefully compacting the same around the rebars and finishing to bring it in line with existing concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.
