Complete removal of existing treatment from internal/external plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 2mm thick wall care putty (each layer of putty minimum 1mm thick) on walls including preparation of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint with rooler/spray having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including water based priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over surface complete all as specified and directed. Make : Asian paints (apex ultima)/Berger (weather coat all ground)/Nerolac (excel total) Note:- (i) The application will be done by the specialist agency. MOU will be submitted by the contractor with the OEM. (ii) Rate also includes necessary scaffolding to carry out work upto a hight G+6 floor.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joint, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering plaster in CM 1:4 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Ser No. 05.00 above but in CM 1:6

M&L for 5mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:3 such as in ceiling/chajjas/sunsheds and similar work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Ser No 08.00 above but on ceiling surface

M&L for repairing of spalled concrete from RCC surfaces (such as ceiling, beams, coloumns, parapets, chajjas etc) in the following stage :- (a) Preparation of existing surfaces like chipping of unsound weak/loose concrete with electric hammer or manually including tapping all edges, making square shoulder of cavities etc not exceeding 50mm thickness, including removal of cebrises complete all as specified and directed. (b) Applying rust remover cum passivators Sika rust off 100@ 0.20 Kg/Sqm in each coat as per manufacturer instructions to remove rust from existing reinforcement (Make :- Sika/Fosroc/Asian Paint). (c) Applying a epoxy base Zinc rich rebar corrison protection system of product Frianzic(R) @ 0.15kg/Sqm in each coat as per manufacturer instruction. (d) Mixing and applying two components epoxy resin concrete bonding coat of Sikadur R&B-42 @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm (Mixing Proporation as per manufacturers instruction) including preparation of surfaces by chipping and thoroughly cleaning of surfaces complete wherever required over new reinforcement (if required) and as directed. (Make : Sila/Fosroc/Asian Paint) Applying two layers of guniting over steel welded mesh 2mm dia of wire and aderture 75mm total thickness of guniting not exceeding 40mm (Avg thickness) in CM 1:2 using OPC 53 grade cement mixing with polycerate mixture 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction. (e) Applying a prebached one component polymer modified cementious patch repair morter not exceeding 50mm in layers of 15mm thick each product Sika mono Top @ F as per manufacturer instruction to match the existing surfaces as in sides and soffits etc of slabs, chajjas, fins, facias, parapets, lintels, colum and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chases to brick work or RCC membrance at any height upto G+6 storey buildings including removal of all small tress/shurbs etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate also includes necessary scaffolding to carry out work upto a height G+6 floor.

M&L for clearing away all vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling ground, stacking of serviceable material and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth and removing rubbish outside the MOD periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) The cleaning of vegitable/brushes grown is to be cleaned upto 6(Six) storey and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and finishing the surface to match the existing surface. (b) Rate also includes necessary scaffolding, tools & plants to carry out the job upto a height G+6 floor.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of walls including brooming down by steel wire brushing, scrubbing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item Ser No 12.00 above but on ceiling

M&L for one coat of plastic emulsion paint on old painted walls/ceiling etc including preparation of old decorated surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrabing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and trading oil and greasy spots and adequate treatment for efflorescente complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of cement base paint on walls including preparation of old decorated surfaces shall including machine scrapping scrabing of smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescete salts and trading oil and greasy spots and adequate treatment for efflorescete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old painted steel surfaces of any descripition over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one or more coats of french polishing on old surfaces of any description, width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surface (as a kerb stone) and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) of any description over 10cm girth and width, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting on road hinting/lines with hot applied thermo plastic compound paint confirming to MORTH specified painting as per manufactures specification/directions, mechanically applied to form 1.5mm thick film on road limit including cleaning and drying the existing dust oil, grease and moisture free surface before applying paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Rate also includes necessary scaffolding to carry out stone grit plaster work upto a height G+6 floor. 2. Payment for providing grooves as specified shall be also includes in quoted rates.

Raking out joints to random rubble uncoursed masnory built in cement mortor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L raised pointing to random rubble masonry in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing to rolling shutter push type with necessary repair work of defective parts i.e, re-posting of laths, riveting to old defective rivets, tightening nuts and bolts, replacement of spring, greasing to movable parts and at guide channel including taking out and re-fixing rolling shutter for smooth functioning size of rolling shutter n.exc 6sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mirror polishing on marble/granite/kota stone/stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 1st class non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Ser No 27.00 above but as on vertical surfaces skirting,dados and riser to steps etc over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc.0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry, and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing shade laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Ser No 29.00 above but as on vertical surfaces skirting,dados and riser to steps etc over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4.

M&L for 1st quality fully vitrified tiles 9 to 10 mm thick, in Light shade, (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 also spacers 2mm thick and PU filling in joints complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Ser No. 31.00 above but on vertical surfaces such as walls/Skirtings/dado over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4.

M&L for joint free glazed coloured ceramic coloured tiles of 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick on vertical surface of walls set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 X 200 X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings etc not exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepolished coloured chequred cement concrete tiles 300X300X25 mm size as in path, hardstanding etc laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete/Subbase complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded prepolished coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block 60mm thick of any shape and size with white cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 M-35 Grade, over and including 50 mm average thickness sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in RCC slabs, beams, etc drains or manhole covers of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made precast heavy duty drain/ manhole covers including MS frame and including reinforcement as per IS 12592 : 2002 with specified thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite wash 16 to 18 mm thick (of any type) (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning open the cracks and widen the cracks to from a 'V' shaped groove. Clean the area throughly to free it from dust and loose particles. It is recommended to use a cutter for opened cracks, use paint water-based Smart Care seal is a ready to use fiber glass reinforced crack filling compound for both interior and exterior surfaces. It ensure unmatched crack bridging ability for plaster cracks of upto 3mm. Step-1 first coat smartcare crack seal putty knife/trowl recoating period 4-6 Hrs. Step-2 second coat smatcare crack seal putty knife/trowl recoating period 4-6 Hrs. Leval the wall using paints wall putty and continue normal painting using primer and topcoat. Detail :- (a) From - Ready to use paste (b) Density at 25 degrees celsius (c) Drying time - minimum 6 hours depending on temperature and humidity. (d) Flash point - crack seal is a water based which is not flammable (e) Consumption - 75-80 running feet/kg/2coats (3mm wide and 5mm deep) drying time to touch 6-8 hours. (f) Apply crack seal at least 3 CM eitherside of the crack for better adhesion. (g) Apply an additional coat of crack seal in case of severe dampness. Note :- 1. Rate also includes necessary scaffolding to carry out work upto a height G+6 floor. 2. The application will be done by the specialist agency. MOU will be done by the contractor with the OEM.

M&L cleaning the surface by removing dust, loose particles, oil & grease. Ensure the surface is clean, dry and sound. Cut open cartridge and cut the nozzal at a 45 dgree angle as per joint width and load it into the sealant gun. Fill smartcare hybrid PU sealant in joint or cracks spread at edges to ensure adhesion of sealant at both edges of joint/crack and then sealant with spatula/putty knife. Finish by tooling the surface with a concave shape with shop water. The sealant can be covered by a water based if required.
