Manufacturing supplying and fixing of Fully Panelled steel door with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S.angles of size 35x35x5mm for the shutter frames, stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. M.S. flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat sandwitching the C.R. sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18x5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter. 3nos. of Steel Parliament Hinges of Size 125mm x 150mm in case of single leaf and 6nos. of Steel Parliament Hinges of Size 125mm x 150mm in double leaves shutter to be provided. 6nos. of holdfasts 200mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolts 3 nos, one at the top, one at lock rail(Inner) and the other at the bottom are provided 1no. Aldrop is provided at lock rail section in the door 2 Nos of 200mm handle are to be provided. One rotaing locking arrangements for the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking arrangements for lock is provided on the rear side of the door at an appropriate place. Providing and fixing of WPC Door using door frame of the size 70mm x 50mm joined with 10 Nos. of 50mm long screw. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall by using 80mm long screws through the frame. The WPC shutter of 28mm thick factory made plain pre laminated Hardware made out of ball bearing butterfly hinges -3 nos, 200 mm tower blot 2 nos and 300 mm aldrop 1 no. and 100mm D type handle 1 no. for each shutter and ISI make SS round lock complete, including cost of materials, conveyance and all other incidental charges and labour charges for fixing the door neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying & fixing of WPC door shutter(Slinding Door), extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550KG/Cub.MT & shore hardness of 55. The door shall be a plain matt board as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge of the department. The WPC door shall be fixed onto the Aluminium "G" type channel with Wheel and the door shall have 2 Hooks in SS, 2 Handles 4" in SS (Slinding Door) etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. Supply and installation of three-track sliding uPVC windows shall utilize uPVC profile sections with an outer wall thickness of 2.30mm (±0.2mm), featuring an outer frame of 112mm x 52mm x 112mm, a shutter of 66mm x 42mm x 50mm, an interlock of 45mm x 36mm, and a glazing bead of 24.5mm x 16mm. All profiles of frames, sash, and mullion shall be reinforced, wherever required, with a 1mm thick GI steel section. Each window is to be equipped with various security devices, such as touch locks or crescent locks, along with nylon rollers and an aluminium track for smooth operation, all supplied as per requirements, compliant with relevant specifications, and as directed by departmental personnel. The windows shall incorporate 5mm thick Plain or Pinhead glass, held securely by TPE (Grey) weather-sealed gaskets.
