(A) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 58.50 KVA net output at site after considering derating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of ± 1 % at rated voltage from no load to full load. (i) 100 Amps, 4 pole contactor - 2 Nos. (ii) MCCB, 4 Pole 63 Amps, 25 KA-2 Nos for both supplies suitable fuse links. (iv) CTs 50/5A for both the supplies. (v) DC Ammeter. (vi) DC Voltmeter. (vii) Push buttons. (viii) Indication Lamps. (ix) 2 over load+ earth leakage relay.

(G) Acoustic enclosure: CPCB approved enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet steel will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom built to suit conditions, with the following features:- (a) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration.

(b) Rugged in construction maintenance free and modular designs which facilitate easy at site. (c) 16 SWG (1.6 mm) thick CRCA sheets to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathering action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absorption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets. (d) Sheet metal components of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action. (e) Special paint treatment with pure polyester powder/epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance.

(f) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to pump up the heat in the chamber efficiently. (g) For effective acoustic / weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used. (h) Working space is to be provided around tube equipment for easy maintenance / repairs. (j) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exist of fuel lines cable to be incorporated in the enclosure as per the requirement. (k) A see through transparent window (glass or acrylic) in front of engine panel to be provided for monitoring the operation. (l) Ducting if required, bellows, mechanical hardware like locks, hinges fasteners etc to be provided. (m) Deliverables. 75 dBA @ imtr at 75% load under free field conditions. The temp inside tee enclosure will be within as per manufacturers recommendations above ambient temp.

(n) The enclosure should be provided with bulk head light fitting for inside illumination (o) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated platform. (p) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. (q) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. (r) The powder coating shade should be Genset Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade.

SOLAR WATER HEATER

FIRE FIGHTING, FIRE ALARM AND DETECTION SYSTEM

M & L for Two wire addressable talk back speaker with inbuilt driver. The addressable talk back speaker shall have a call button for unit activation, signalling the support control panel to indicate the callers location. Clear voice pick up shall be ensured within a minimum 1 Meter distance from the units microphone and the speakers standing position. The unit shall be equipped with an LED that blinks in normal conditions and glows Steadily upon activation. Activation can occur through the built-in push button or remotely from the control panel. Both the control panel and talk back speaker shall continuously scan for the healthiness and cable connectivity to ensure integrity compliance. The Speaker shall have a capacity of 5 watts, serving both talkback and PA functions. It shall have ABS Housing along with back box. It shall be able to produce 70dB sound at 1 Mtr distance

M & L for Two wire addressable speaker with LED light flash/Beacon suitable for targeted announcements and equipped with a LED light flash ( to cater to hearing-impaired occupants). The unit shall be equipped with an LED that blinks in normal conditions and glows steadily upon activation. Both the control panel and speaker unit shall continuously scan for healthiness and cable connectivity to ensure integrity compliance. the speaker must have a minimum capacity of 5 watts with max voice current of 100mA. It shall have ABS housing along with Back box. it shall be able to produce 90 dB sound at 1 Mtr distance

M & L for Two wire addressable speaker driver module with built in audio amplifier and along with 12-15W horn type speaker ( Maximum voice current of 300 mA) for outdoor use such as parking areas, assembly areas etc. & with the Back box. It shall be able to produce minimum 90 dB sound at 1 Mtr distance

PHASE - II COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF LIFTS INSTALLED VIDE SER ITEM No. 1 OF SCHEDULE 'A' PART XVII FOR A PERIOD OF 03 (THREE YEARS) AFTER COMPLETION OF DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD OF PHASE - I

NOTES FOR BOQ SER ITEM NOS 82 TO 85

[a] The contractor shall be required to employ required tradesmen with sound knowledge and adequate experience. All the manpower employed shall report to Office of AGE [E/M]/ Complaint Cell for day to day maintenance and efficient functioning of Lifts. [b] The contractor shall carryout the comprehensive maintenance of the lifts catered under subject work through the Original Equipment Manufacturer of that lift or from their accredited / authorised agencies only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Lift or from their accredited / authorised agencies to provide technical support, trained persons for maintenance & testing and spares before commencement of the work to GE. The spares shall be of the make as per existing or as per the OEM.

[c] The rate quoted for comprehensive maintenance includes for preventive maintenance by carrying out routine checks by skilled personnel as specified in Particular specifications herein after and breakdown services by supplying and replacement of all Major/ Minor Spares viz. Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic spares, LED Lights/consumables like lubrication oil/ grease/ hardwares like bolts, nuts, etc. as and when required for trouble free, smooth and efficient functioning of lifts including overhauling as and when required to all mechanical parts of lifts, repair/ maintenance of Gear Unit, repair / maintenance of Door Drive, Controllers, Pulleys, Limit Switches, Relays, door rollers, door belts, etc. complete all as directed. All the safety measures including ARDs shall be ensured for serviceable condition through out the contract period and cost of their spares, batteries etc. shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted and Nothing extra shall be paid on these accounts.

[d] The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of testing of each lift by Licensed Lift Inspector of Government of Karnataka once in a year for worthiness and safety of the lifts. Certificate issued by the Licensed Lift Inspector shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge and a copy of Certificate shall be displayed in all Lift Cabins as directed. [e] Emergency Light and necessary tools shall be available in a tool box in the shift for smooth functioning of lifts. [f] The contractor shall abide by the latest Labour Rules and Minimum Wages Act. [g] Wages paid by the contractor to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by State / Central Government from time to time whichever is higher. [h] The contractor is responsible for making subscription towards Insurance, EPF, ESI, Labour Welfare Cess etc., as applicable and shall pay Gratuity, Bonus etc to the Workmen as per existing Labour Rules / Acts / Regulations and rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the same.

[j] The contractor shall provide the workmen protective clothing / gear. The contractor shall also provide shoes to the workers and the persons shall not be allowed to enter the work site without wearing shoes. [k] The contractor shall be responsible for all Accidents / Injuries happening to the workmen. Any accident causing Minor / Fatal Injury, Partial Disability due to any untoward incident or non-adherence to Safety and IE Regulations or fault in maintaining of Lifts System / Safety Mechanism or on account of any mishandling / wrong operation / lack of knowledge of safety precautions or on account of any circumstances beyond his/their control, the contractor shall be solely responsible for settling all claims of compensation to the deceased, failing which department will have a right to recover any sum indicated / claimed by Labour Commissioner/ Court authorities. No claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. No compensation is payable by the department on this account. Contractor shall provide first aid boxes to meet any emergency situations.
