TERM CONTRACTS FOR ARTIFICERS WORKS TO BLDG AT VAYUSENABAD AF STN TUGHLAKABAD UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD

To execute the work as per condition 4(A) of IAFW-2249 and as specified in MES SSR-2009 (Part-I) specifications priced at par SSR 2020 (Part-II) rates with errata/amendments subject to quoted percentage by the tenderer the work shall be carried out as per work order (s) placed by Engineer-in-Charge within the period of 365 days from the date of acceptance of tender. OR At such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of “General conditions of contracts (IAFW-2249)” 1989 print with errata/ amendments as applicable. Notes :- (i) Tenderers shall insert percentage rate at Column 6 (Six) of this BOQ. (ii) Tender shall refer and select the option excess (+) or less (-) available at Column 6 (Six) of this BOQ to quote the percentage above/below MES Standard Schedule of rates. The percentage quoted by tenderer shall be made applicable for acceptance while publishing the acceptance letter. (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate Col and the total amount reflected in the page is a rough guidance and for reference only. Similarly the quoted amount worked out (based on percentage rate quoted by contractor) shall also be treated as rough and reference only. The acceptance of tender placed on contractor shall be adjusted by percentage rate quoted by the contractor over /below the rates contained in MES standard Schedule of rates 2020 Part-II. (iv) Contractors special attention is invited to condition “4(A) Works to be carried out (Applicable only to term contracts)” and condition “56 Termination of contract (Applicable only to term contracts)” of “General condition of contracts (IAFW-2249)”. The provisions of these conditions of “General conditions of contracts (IAFW-2249) are to be strictly followed. (v) Irrespective of quoted amount generated by the system in the BOQ, Acceptance of Contract shall be made for the total estimated amount and percentage (Plus/Minus) quoted by the tenderer.
