Taking down, chipping and removing the loose, split, damaged cement concrete, cement mortar surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjas etc and exposing the reinforcement, wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, apply rust remover over the cleaned reinforced bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts fromthe old re-barsurfaces, fixing new reonforcement for strengthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified cement and quartz sand mortar in CM 1:3 mix, 40mm average thick in two coats, with and including polymer @10% by weight of cement, including erecting and dismantling steel scaffolding for carrying out the work upto height of 12 metre (Appx) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Make;- Dr fixit/ Sunanda/chemestik/fosrock.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 (min. compressive strength 100Kg/sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-410 grade Fe-310 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frame n.exc 1.5 Sqm with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified & directed.

Factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, complete all as specified & directed.

Factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design ,solid PVC foam with homogeneous fine cellular structure density 750 Kg/m3 having smooth outer integral skin, supplying & fixing in frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

Powder coated (thickness or powder coating of any colour coating not less than 50 micron) aluminium partition/ door /window (Openable/Sliding three track arrangement with roller) /ventilator, shutters made of aluminium sections (wall thickness of aluminium section not less than 2mm) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, aluminum snap beading, screws etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Only weight of the aluminium sections shall be measured and paid. (ii) Design shall be approved from Engr-in-Charge as existing at site before fabrication and bulk order to the manufacturer.

Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors/window/ventilators /partitions, (Sliding / openable) including joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene beading, powder coated aluminim snap beading, screws, 02 Nos Handle, tower bolt, sliding door bolt etc. complete all as specified and directed Note : (i) Minimum thickness of power coating shall not be less than 50 micron. (ii) Weight of aluminum section only shall be measuerd and paid. (iii) Aluminum doors/windows /ventilators to be fixed to jambs with chromium plated screws . (iv) The rate shall be inclusive of neoprene beadings, snap beading, screws etc and in case of sliding shutters locking arrangement and rollers in sliding shutters. Weight of fitting fixtures will not be measured for arriving the weight of aluminum section. (v) Glass /wooden panel/ACP sheet shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (vi) Design as directed by Engineer in charge.

30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core & plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
