Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed be the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 meter (200 feet).

Earth work in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. (where machine can not move)

Cement concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 1:4:8 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement & mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of 1 part cement and 2 parts of fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulous.

Supply & laying coarse sand for graded filter including cost of all material, labour,T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Supply & laying gravel size 4.75 mm to 75 mm for graded filter including cost of all material, labour,T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Supply & laying boulder pitching including all cost of materials, labour, T&P etc for proper completion of the work.

Cement concreate in A-20, M-15 (1:2:4) in grouting of boulder pitching including cost of all materials, labours,T&P etc.

M-150 brick on edge pavement on parties with bricks, laid dry joints filled with local sand including preparation of base to proper slope, and its ramming, spreading layer of 1 cm. (3/8'') depth of local sand over the subgrade and including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Earth work in lip cutting in odinnary soil in side slope of bank including disposal up to 30 M including all lead, lifts, labour,T&P etc for proper completion of the work.

Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in depth & earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm in layer including ramming & dressing the surface to required level and slopes including 1.50 M lift and 1.00 Km lead & the earth from cutting to be used to making embankment or to be deposited as soil banks with 30 M distance as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
