Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons and verical walls etc all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M &L for Glazed ceramic tiles (400x400mm) x 8mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Coloured Glazed digital ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x7 mm/ 450 x 350 x 7mm thick or as required size of 7 mm thick vertical surface as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic digital tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exceeding 0.16 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles over and including 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed .

M & L for brickwork with subclass `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with (old serviceable brick obtained demolition)sub class'B' brick old size ,straight or curved on plan not exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in (1:6) cement mortar , including cleaning of mortar from bircks complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or cement concreteof newplastered surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and direcrted.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling of brick or concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra lime or cement complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra lime or cement complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth using integral water proofing compound @ 4 Kg per bag of cement or as per manufecturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked of approved quality all as specified.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and direcrted.

M&L three coats of white wash on new plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 2mm average thickness of wall care putty on wall and preparing surface even and smooth for application of primer /finishing coat complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair of 1 st class hard wood Beads, straight (any size) for glazed or gauzed joinery, renewed, including mitres etc.. and removing old beads to Store complete all as speficied & directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F in repair Galvanised iron 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings (weighing 97 to 106 Kg per Km.) and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. all as per specified and directed by engr incharge. (Note:- Each line wire to be measured for payment purpose)

M&L for taking up/removal plants or vegetation growth on wall upto roof level by means of cutting hole into brick wall and making good the surface of dismantled portion (not exc 5.0 sqm superfical area and not exc one brick depth) using brick bats/aggregate and plastering in cement mortar (1:4) to distributed portion and applying two coats of cement base paint to match the existing surfaces upto 5 mtr height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Developing Lawn in repair which includes Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm,in all types of soil refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods or of good soil and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, and applying of soil pesticides,transplanting of bermuda Grass/carpet grass,planting,routing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for tree scrapping and cutting of brances under 30 cm girth and clear the site i.e all branches/debries move where directed and not exc 50mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note:-contractor should follow all safety precautions and while tree cutting and all the tools equipements which are required for cutting,safety and removal are provided by contractor and rate should be including cutting, ramoval up to 30 mtr ht of tree.
