Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel engine generating set with accoustic enclosure as per CPCB norms 415 volts 125 KVA 3 phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self excited self regulated brushless AC generator with AMF panel of suitable rating, Control Cables ,Cable Lugs, Steel Cable glend, panel stand, including accoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition and ISO 3046/BS 5514 conforming to condition of Bhopal including TESTING of DG Set Make: Cummins Gen Set Model No C 125 D5 P or equivalent in Kirloskar / Greaves.

(a) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due de-rating factors as per relevent IS design and site condition. (b) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cable and terminations from Generator to the AMF Panel, with necessary fixing arrangements all as specified and directed. (c) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil ,coolant and final successful acceptance test. (d) Alternator : Standard design alternator rated at 125 KVA net output a site after considering de-rating as pe site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 Phase-4 wire 415 volts 50 Khz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, The alternator shall be conforming to IS/IEC 60034-1 . (e) Diesel Engine : Adequate capacity of Disesel engine as accepted by the accepting officer basing on manufacturers technical details liquid cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering de-rating as per site conditions after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant with an overload capacity of 10% for half an hour in 12 hours continous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under :- (i) Fly wheel with housing (ii) cooling system : Moulded radiator with fan & belts. (g) Accoustic Enclosure : Manufactured by OEM suitable for 125 KVA DG Set (i) NAL approved as per CPCB (ii) It should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and pollution control board (iii) The generating set battaries and control panel should be inside the enclosure (iv) Fuel tank should be inside the enclosure (v) contruction details/specification are as follows: (vi) Outer Body : CRCA sheet of 1.6mm thick (vii) Doors CRCA sheet of 1.6mm thick (viii) The accoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit (ix) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG set on a suitable insulated plat form (x) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button (xi) The enclosure should be suitably illluminated by CFL/FTL lamp fittings (xii) The noise level should be 75 dba at 1m under free field conditions

Testing : The DG set shall be tested for a period not less than 12 hours continuously out of which at least one hour each on No Load and 25% load, two hours each on 50% and 75 % of rated full load, six hours on rated full load and half an hour on 10% in exceess of rated full load. Necessary load shall be given on connected load. All instruments, consumable stores like engine oil, grease required for carrying out the tests including manpower shall be provided by the contractor. DDHP will be issued by the department free for use. Collection of fuel to be carried out by the contractor from MT Yard to site.

Supply and laying XLPE cable of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 volt grade, insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable ( Heavy duty ) with stranded aluminium conductor and connected with terminal box / panel with necessary cable lugs and gland including taking out existing unsv cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F 6 to 32 amps MCB single pole 240 V ' B ' series all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: HPL / Standard / CROMPTON GREAVES.

S&F in replacemnet integral LED street light luminaire of 30 watt comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame IP 65 protection and with all fixing arrangement connecting to electric system with 2.5 Sqmm PVC aluminium cable two core upto required length on pole / wall, including bracket, testing and commissioning complete all specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.
