Dismantled of stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar and Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 but except stone all as specified and directed. Note :- Stone obtained from dismantling item shall be reused.

M&L fly ash brick work with modular brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantled of brick work built in cement mortar and brick work with sub class 'B' modular brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bricks obtained from dismantling item shall be reused

M&L fly ash brick work with modular brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 for raising levels of area drain, Compound wall & mainholes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed.

Restraining & resecuring existing galvanised/ms barbed wire straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed

Dismantling of corrugated steel sheeting and fixing only Galvanised, corrugated mild steel any thick sheeting, on MS angle with self tapping screws as wall clading, or as view cutter over the boundary wall, etc. complete all as specifed and directed. Note :- Galvanised sheet obtained from dismantling item shall be reused.

Dismantling of Concertina coil of any dia and length over existing barbed wire fencing of any height, shape or any place and re laying of concertina coil in old/new location in any dia , any expended length any height , any place and securing two colis each other and to barbed wire with 'U' clips staples , including all necessary securing material complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for angle iron pickets or fencing post or any description etc, all as specified and directed.

Fixing only of V shape MS angle, embeding in concrete on boundry wall / fencing etc., and similar work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old steel obtained from dismantling item shall be reused.

S & F MS hollow section framed work and hung as gates, including pintle hinges/gajan pin, stops hand-made sliding bolts, etc and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Joist, channel, angle or tee , square or rectangular sections, fixed indipendently including cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts , providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc, complete all as specified and directed.(Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250).

M & L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise description, over 10 cm width or girth apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 75 mm bore pipes single socketed in any length complete all as specified and directed.

Exacavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft ,wall, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n. exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in mass concrete, foundation, PCC bed and any other location etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Reinforced concrete pipes 150 mm bore, class NP2 , laid and jointed complete with collars, including demolition and breaking up salt glazed ware stoneware pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per Item No. 19.00 but 200 mm bore of pipe.

Returning, filling in Soft/Loose soil including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50M and deposited where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete n exc 15 cm th complete all as specified and directed.

M & L providing pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces etc set in cement mortar 1:4 including chamfered weathering, throating etc with necessary form work and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stone slab 25 mm to 35 mm thick, as required size & drilled if required for iron hand as in cover stones, templates, manhole cover etc. and similar articles complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Iron handle shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including welded cranking, bending, spirally for handle complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate louvres and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid), set in cement mortar 1:6 etc, including all mouldings, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Reinforced concrete pipes 300 mm bore, class NP2 , laid and jointed complete with collars, including demolition and breaking up drain pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per Item No. 29.00but bore of pipes in 450 mm

M&L preparing of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, cornices etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of priming coat(chalk whitening) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platform and like, over & including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite colour as approved, including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) of exterior grade of Alucobond/ Alstrong/Eurobond or approved for clading of external wall, pillars, canopy and similar work etc as approved colours, incl all necessary frame work and complete weather sealing. The composite panel should consist of 3 mm thermoplastic core of LDPE sandwiched betwee 2 skins of 0.5mm th aluminium sheet (alloy designation 310S making a total panel th of 4 mm & fixed with stainless steel screw and joint filling with silicon. All hardware shall corrosion resistant frame out of anodised aluminium member complete all as specified and directed

M & L machine pressed precast concrete 80 mm thick glossy interlocking paver block M-40 Grade to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand. colour and shape as approved, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete 60 mm thick glossy interlocking paver block M-35 Grade to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. colour and shape as approved, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L precast cement concrete curved stone with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 etc. , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces as in road side kerbs and applying two coats of floor indigo paint as approved different tints and pattern etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L sand filling under floors or interlocking tile or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) 110 mm bore pipes single socketed in any length complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glossy chequred cement concrete tile 25 cm x 25 cm x 20 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor with grey cement and pigment over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L endura vitrified ceramic tiles any shade 09 to 10mm thick polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete, design approved by GE, all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in mass concrete, foundation and any other location etc. and including demolition of PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n. exc 63mm deposite, spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified directed.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in floor all as specified.
