(WORK) Following works are required for complete erection of 132 KV& 33KV Transformer bay at 132 KV S/S Naini Complex under Electy. Trans. Division-III, Prayagraj.

Shorting, counting and shifting of galvanized structure to loading point and loading its on vehicle at EFU-Naini, Prayagraj.

Carriage of above 2.5 MT structure from EFU Naini, Prayagraj to 132 KV S/S Naini Complex approx. distance 03 km. (vehicle, man, materials provided by contractor at his own cost)

Unloading, shorting member wise and stocking properly galv. structure at the store of 132 KV S/S Naini Complex.

Erection of auxiliary structure for installation of 132KV & 33KV BSI, LSI, PT, CT, LA and all associated structures for 132/33KV 40 MVA T/F bay, including shifting of all material i.e. structure part ,nuts, bolt ,washers etc from substation store to erection site. Matching of holes, cutting, matching of member if required shall be done by contractor.

Shifting of material from store to erection place in switchyard of following equipments-132 KV & 33 KV CB, LA, CT, PI, BSI and all associated material as per requirements.

Erection of following equipments as per instruction manual of various equipments including shifting from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily:-

132 KV Bus isolator

132 KV SF-6 circuit breaker

132 KV C.T junction box

33 KV Bus isolator with junction box

33 KV CT junction box

33KV Vacuum circuit breaker

Jumpering of equipments, 132 KV & 33 KV BSI, CB, CT, LA and also jumpering to gantry as jack bus as required with the help of Panther conductor and suitable clamps/connectors including, cutting, bending, shaping etc. of the Conductor as per Site Requirement. Connector & other hardware fitting provided by department

Earthing of structures and equipments (CT/PT/Isolater Boxes/C&R Panel/Cubical Panel/VCB, LA & lattic type structure) by 50x6 mm size MS Flat & Earthing of new made cable trench by 25x6 mm size MS Flat including cutting, bending, laying approx 800 mm below site the ground including with main earth mat jointing & painting with non corrosive paining at the flat on structure with green paint after 01 coat of red oxide primer and back filling of excavated earth along with raiming and other associated work and also earthing of new trenches of 2.5x6 Sq. mm MS Flat.

Laying and termination of following size of unarmored control cable from control room to equipment cable rack (CB,CT etc) via cable trenches and fixing of it with the help of 25x3mm aluminium strip and 6mm dia GI nut and bolts on cable rack up to termination point by cable tray including tag wielding on equipments as per AE/JE direction and all associated works to complete the job satisfactorily.

Cable termination at VCB/CT/PT/BSI/LSI Junction Boxes to C&R Panel and CT/PT turrets to CT/PT Junction boxes with proper ferruling & dressing (Ferrule provided by contractor)

Erection of control & relay panel for 40MVA T/F including shifting from store to erection site and proper earthing of panel and all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. This work also include termination of all control cable in panel and associated equipments such as CB, LSI,BSI, CT,PT and all associated works.

Providing & fixing equipment names plate of MS Sheet 16 gauge of size 200x300 mm with hole of S/S in the top centre for fastering & writing name of equipment black colour after painting sheet with 02 coat of red primer & 01 coat Yellow colour.

Providing & fixing bay name display board of MS Sheet 16 gase size 400x250 mm with the help of MS pipe having inner frame approx. size 2"x1" with welding of two legs of MS angle of 03 feet and writing name of bay black colour after painting sheet with 02 coat of red primer & 01 coat yellow colour both side of display board including digging, grounting, concreating (1:2:4 Ratio), 1.5 feet from ground level & all associated work to installed Bay name display board.

Shifting ,Loading, safe carriage ,unloading of ACSR Moose conductors & MS Round Bar from store room to loading place of substations then loading the same on truck/Tata 407 with the help of crane/hydra at same substations. The details of items and substation listed below. (crane/hydra, labour provided by contractor at his own cost). From 400 KV S/S Masauli to 132 KV S/S Naini Complex (Approx. Distt. 60 KM) (a) ACSR Moose Conductor - 0.25 Km. (b) MS Round Bar 40/36 mm - 0.20 Km.
