Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete and removing the retreived debris out side MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry,built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing Excavated soils exceeding 1.5KM but not exceeding 5 KM and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for M 20 concrete for slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type B1 1:1.5:3 (using 20mm graded aggregate)as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specifed and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone wall and ceiling surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposing off the rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete including plastering from surfaces of RCC members, in any location by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1) Hard concrete shall not be removed by force

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of approved make on rebars with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for carry out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' of approved make on RCC surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using of approved make by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of approved make over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar / concrete to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete/ new mortar by brush application, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Polymer Bonding Agent of approved make followed by flexible polymer based putty ( 1cement: 1.2 finesand :20% polymer by weight of cement : water as required ) on cracks after cutting the cracks to a 'V' shaped groove upto 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep in structural RCC members , finished with spatula etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar of approved make while the bonding agent is still tacking upto 20mm thickness, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar of approved make exceeding 20mm thick and not exceeding 40mm thick in two layers, each of equal thickness including levelling, profilling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for casting & repairing of excessively damaged distressed RCC members (exceeding 60mm in thickness) with prebatched, prepacked,single component ready to use of approved make as appoved by GE, at any level/height and at any lead or lift as directed including prefabricated water tight formwork, centering, scaffolding, also including mixing, laying, levelling, finishing, curing etc as per manufacturers specifications and all other relevant works, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement only shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.19 above but for stirrups complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick walls or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two coats (10 + 5 mm), both coat mixed with integral water proofing compound ISI Marked @ 2% by the weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed Note - WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course over RCC roof surface to achieve required slope including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATE (4% concentration) of 20 ml or till refusal by making cut/injection in the stem of plant of roots at 30mm and spraying with solution 25 ml GLYPHOSPHATE (4% concentration diluted with 1 ltr of water) and removing the plant /vegetation complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Steel rolling shutter ( thickness of lath 1.25mm thick) without ball bearing as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated and including taking down of any thickness etc, complete push pull or manual type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 25,550.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note1: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts. Necessary scaffolding and saftey measures required during execution of work are including in this items.
