This specification is intended to cover the technical requirements for the design, manufacture, testing, delivery, on-site erection, on site testing and commissioning of a self- propelled, crawler mounted surface miner for cutting and sizing of coal. - Surface Miner having drum width not less than 3800 mm, depth of cut not less than 30 cm and effective TPH not less than 1000 Te/Hour to be operated in Windrow mode along with Consumables & Consumable Spares including Coolant, refrigerant and lubricants for the warranty period of 02 Years (24 months) and thereafter for a period of 05 years (60 months).
