Demolition cement concrete in ground floors and paving ( unreinforced ) nexc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground floor) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc or similar work and gating out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out of soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 50m and n exc 1.50 km out side defence land all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for SWG drain pipe grade 'A' of 150 mm internal dia laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) for 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in channels and drains, foundation and similar work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in coping, benching and similar work etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
