Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position for sunken portion and floor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below asd as directed by engr-in-charge:- (a) 15mm plaster in CM 1:3 with WPC on raised vertical surface. (B) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing loose material like dust particles ,dirt etc. (c) Creating fillet covering of 50x50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and walls (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surfaces. (e) Provision of glass fibre mesh of 2x2 mm immidiately on above coating (f) Apply second coat of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hours (g) Laying concrete 1:4:8 over the coating as per requirement (h) Joining the sanitary pipe with non shrink cementatiuos grout (k) Complete the treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. NOTE : (i) The Treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by eng-in-charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be consider for payment. (iii) WPC shall be measured and paid saperately.

Demolition of RCC roof/beam/column of UG sump should be carried out by mechanical means only including safety measure should also be taken for floor damages complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note : - Demolition work should be carried out by mechanical means for floor safety of UG Sump.

M&L for RCC desing mix(M-30) 1:1.5:3, type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate ) as in walls, retaining wall basement walls any thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F for Welded steel wire mesh n.exc 4.0kg/sqm fixed to wood or steel frame/members complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel ISMB, Joist, channel, angle or teee sections, fixed adjacent to ceilin and embedding in floor and brickwork including cutting welding, without connection plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. Within 20mm of the length indicated) FE 410 W(GdeE-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :(i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
