Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position on roof slab and paving not exc. 15cm thick (below or above roof slab) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exc 0.50 Cu.mtr & getting out in hard/dense soil including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m & making good surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation concrete, mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed

S & F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer, including tubuler purlins, braces/cross beams, MS base plate to column top with anchoring bolts and base plates to tubular trusses etc. complete all fixing by using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L for MS structural steel work, framed as in trusses, purlins, rafter, post etc. conforming to grade E-250 (Fe-410W, quality A) including shaped washers including necessary cutting required length, notching drilling, riveting and or welding or connecting with nut bolts with angle cleats, fish plate, gusset plate and also erecting in true position complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F roof sheeting prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating 150 gsm GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast concrete interlocking paver blocks glossy finish with any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006, 60mm thick, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment laid over & including 75mm thick stone dust/grit cushioning laid dry to the profile over rammed earth complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, Macadam or Bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc. 40 sqm and 50mm but not exc. 100mm deep and removing the same to a distance of 50m and stacking where directed complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete 150 mm thick type B-1, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 20mm thick expansion joints, for 150mm thickness of concrete slab, filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for ready mix plaster 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on PCC / concrete block wall surface finish with sponge finish to the plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.
