M & L for Walling of squared rubble,regular coursed, well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted masonary built in CM 1:6 including hammer dressing all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone masonry for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing offace beds and joints as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20 mm complete for lime or sand stones, complete all as specified.

M&L for raised pointing to rubble or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought up to coarse with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate ) and setting in mortar CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded agg) of 75mm thick as in plinth protection concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC ( Nominal )type B1 1:2:4 20mm graded concrete as in foundations, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface/undecorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint of approved tint over a coat of priming on plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified

Dismantiling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc comoplete all as specified.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) coforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde E-250) Quality -A complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barded wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mmmm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails straning bolts, incl, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel, wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured separately).

Restraining and resecuring including making good staple of Galvanised 2 strand, steel barded wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mmmm spacing andincluding securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins,etc complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured separately).

Supply and Fixing for zinc coated concertina coil of thickness 2.50 mm of core wire and 0.5 mm thick cold rolled carbon strip (dia approx 610 mm that covering 6 mtr length and 50 spirals) having weight not less than 8.00 Kg per coil all as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. Or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. N exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel up to 55 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M & L for framed work such as grill, gratings, etc with ends of bars shoulderedand /or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work corn-conforming to Fe.290. M & L 600mm bore Reinforced Cement Concrete pipes, class NP 2, laid and jointed complete with and including RCC collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concrete bed using cement concrete 1:3:6 type 'C2' , (40mm graded stone aggregate) 600mm dia drain pipe including packing under, and completely surrounding pipes withconcrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width/girth, applying two coats of synthethic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n,exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level of n,exc 1.5 m above the strating point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing building materials etc,exc 1.5km to a distance 5 km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.
