WATER LINE VALVES, STRAINERS & ACCESSORIES:- Supply of the following chilled water and condenser water line valves with flanges, bolts/nuts/gaskets etc. all complete with insulation interconnected to chillers. pumps, AHUs (as per direction of EIC) BUTTERFLY VALVE SITC of the following Water line Butterfly-Valve as per following categories, sizes and qunatities complete with providing flanges, nut-bolts, gasket and welding arrangements: Butterfly valve shall be of PN 16 rating as per standard. Valves of sizes 32 mm and above shall be made out of Cast Iron body, SG iron disc with Nylon coated, SS-431 Stem, EPDM integrally moulded liner with hand lever/Gear Box. Valves up to 150 mm NB shall be with detachable hand lever operation whereas valves above 150 mm NB shall have warm gear operation.

SITC of powder coated extruded aluminium section return air grille /diffuser without volume control dampers as required (as per direction of EIC).

Wall cutting for ducting work

Civil Work of following equipments : Cooling Towers RCC foundation, exavation of soil of approx 1200 mm, making of civil coulm of approx 1200 mm ( As per site requiremnet ) , RCC foundation in the base after FFL, making of pocket at top of the each foundations, grouting of pocket with foundation bolts and necessary gouting after placemnet of cooling tower.all RCC work shall be of M 30 Grade conreate , grade of Steel rod FE500, clear concreat 50 mm, the make of rod ( Jindal/ Elegant/SAIL)

Chiller Units RCC foundation , all RCC work shall be of M 30 Grade conreate , grade of Steel rod FE500, clear concreat 50 mm, the make of rod ( Jindal/ Elegant/SAIL), foundation will be prepared after fixing of gouting bolts over the existing RCC foundation.

Condenser Pumps RCC foundation,all RCC work shall be of M 30 Grade conreate , grade of Steel rod FE500, clear concreat 50 mm, the make of rod ( Jindal/ Elegant/SAIL), foundation will be prepared after fixing of gouting bolts over the existing RCC foundation. Making of pockets over the base as per requiremnet of pumps motor base and grounting with bolits after placemnet of pumps.

Chiller Pumps foundation RCC foundation, all RCC work shall be of M 30 Grade conreate , grade of Steel rod FE500, clear concreat 50 mm, the make of rod ( Jindal/ Elegant/SAIL), foundation will be prepared after fixing of gouting bolts over the existing RCC foundation.Making of pockets over the base as per requiremnet of pumps motor base and grounting with bolits after placemnet of pumps.

AHU PCC foundation as per requiremnt of AHU , the tentative size will be 250 mm X250 mm

Removal of existing wooden frame work and refixing of all AHU rooms

TERMS & CONDITIONS : A. Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc.

B. The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

C. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

D. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules. E. The Additional work will be executed as per the existing approved make list attached with this BOQ.
