Construction of RCC Roof Godown at HDPO, Ramgiri in Gajapati District

Excavation of foundation in hard soil within 50m intial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and leveling as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 4 cm size hard granite metal in foundation and plinth.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm size crusher broken hard granite chips.

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks 23 cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8 percent in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth per cum.

RCC work M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusherbroken)stone chips including hoisting and laying including centering and shuttering etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks 25 cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8 percent in cement mortar 1:6 in superstructure per cum.

2.5 cm.grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab using 6mm.size CBHG chips on new work

6mm thick cement plaster in C.M(1:4) RCC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chiping and slury treatment.

16mm thick cement plaster in C.M(1:6) over brick work inside

12mm thick cement plaster in C.M(1:6)over brick work out side Plaster

Priming 1 coat with any approved Primer

Finishing walls with Plastic Emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give even shade 2 coats inside

Fitting vitrified tiles in floors,treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar(1:1) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments including cost of tiles

Fitting vitrified tiles in dadoes skirting and riser of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster(1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles including rubbing &polishing complete including cost of tiles

Supply and fixing of MCM Modified Clay Material - MCM R Series Brick (087089) - 222 x 63 mm of PHOMI make, as per company standard dimension, pattern, color as specified, manufactured through unfired patented (Ref: US patent 8505840 B2 & European Patent 2157139) manufacturing technology, bonded together by using low heat temperature and having CE approval with the thermal conductivity of 0.0590 W/M.K — EN 12667 (2001), thermal resistance of 0.0568 M2 K/W— EN 12667 (2001) and Fire Insulation - Class A— ASTM E84- 15. The product should be patented from United States and Europe and with certifications by IGBC, Singapore Green Label and China Green Building material. MCM Materials should be fixed with suitable Cement/ Polymer/Epoxy based adhesive as per adhesive chart and substrate and per directions of Engineer in-charge. Grouting should be done using filling and pointing method as per installation drawing provided, and colour of the grout should be as per the architect’s specification depending on the substrate and as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.

Transportation cost for MCM Cladding

Supplying and fixing of MS window grill and grill gate including cost of fabrication and cost, conveyance, taxes etc. complete.

Priming one coat with any approved red oxide over iron work

Painting 2coats with any approved iron paint on new iron work.

Supplying, fitting, fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 151-154, 151-155, as windows frame section No. 151- 155, 151-153 and 151-167 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of false ceiling with 12 mm thick gypsum board, Aluminium anodised T Section No. 3215 with 2'-0" centre to centre, L section No. 1705 up to 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0" x 2'-0" suspended from ceiling etc. complete.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials.

Internal Electrification

Recessed wiring to light point / fan point / exhaust fan point / call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor of ISI marked with 20 mm dia non-metalic PVC flexible conduit with 5 Amp, 250 V modular type switch ISI marked and ceiling rose ISI marked mounted on MS box having front modular cover of suitable size , MS modular box with 1.0 sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor as earth wire including all accesories and connection as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
