Providing of fabricated fire stand with canopy for hanging four buckets in a row along with four numbers of fire buckets as per specification mentioned below. Specifications of fire bucket: - The Bucket will be manufactured with galvanized Mild Steel (MS) material i.e. mild steel black sheet, mild steel rod, mild steel wire etc. The bucket will have 10 liters nominal capacity. The bucket will be painted with white paints for painting the inside, red paints for painting outside and black paint for painting handles, ears and letters. Paint should be of enamel type with under- coating as well as finishing and must be as per standard IS: 2932-1964. The dimensions of the buckets will be strictly as per Indian standard code IS: 2546-1974. The body and bottom of the bucket shall be made up with 1mm thickness MS sheet and joined with butt welding and the diameter of beading wire shall be 3.55 mm. The ears shall be made up of 2.8mm thick MS sheet and fitted at top of body by means of welding. The top and bottom handles shall be of MS rod of 10mm in diameter. The bottom handle shall be jointed with body by means of welding. All parts of the bucket shall be finished smooth and sharp edges must rounded off. The word `FIRE` shall be painted in black centrally on the outside and its letters shall be 75mm high and approximately 12mm thick. The bucket shall be water tight and must kept for 15 minutes filled with water shows no leakage sign. The fire bucket may also be marked with the ISI certification Mark. The bucket shall be painted with the particular Hafed complex name where it has to be supplied. Specifications of fire bucket Stand: - Fabricated fire Bucket stand will be manufactured with Mild Steel (MS) material. The stand will be made up of MS pipe of square shape having 30 mm minimum dimension and thickness of 2 mm minimum. The canopy of the stand will be made up of 22 SWG MS sheet or 22 Gauge MS sheet. The height of the stand will be1 meter minimum and length of the stand will be 2.14 meter minimum having canopy with size of 2.2 meter long and 0.3048 meter wide on both side and canopy is supported by 3 number of MS pipe on each side having length 0.3048 meter. The base support of stand of length 0.6096 meter on both side and the stand will be welded at center of the base. Both end of base plate will be supported with MS pipe welded at the center of the height i.e. 0.5 meter from base. The end point of the pipes which remains open will be filled with square shape plastic end cap for smooth finishing and protection of pipe. The stand will be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of red enamel paint and written as `FIRE` with white color paint on both side of canopy. Suitable size of hooks will be welded on the arm for the hanging of bucket that will have a capacity of 10 liters minimum. The total weight of fire standalone shall be 15 kg minimum. The fire stand shall carry the weight of full 4 number 10 liters buckets. Note: - The specifications of fire bucket will be strictly as per Indian Standard code IS: 2546-1974 and specification of fire bucket stand as per attached specifications and attached drawing.
