Providing & Fixing 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595*595 mm of approved texture,design and pattern having moisture content less than 2% ,humidity resistance of 99 %,NRC 0.50 TO 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987,Noncombustble as per BS 476 (Part 4) -1970 and light reflectance of 85% (Minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides ) comprising of main T runners of size 15*32 mm of length 3000 mm ,cross T of size 15*32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross -T of size 15*32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 *600 mm ,suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm ) i.e.50 mm long,8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners ,6 mm dia fully threaded hanger raod upto 100 mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85*25*2 mm.Galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of size 24*24*0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wll wood screws .The work shall be carried out as per specifications ,drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 5 mm thick PVC cheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification.

S&F 5mm thick Prelam colour PVC sheet in strips & channel feathered at the edges for fixing on Solid PVC Wall Lining, Insulated PVC Wall Lining, and Solid PVC Partitions inclusive of Solvent Cement and fixing at site.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors,windows,ventilators and partitions(Fixed Portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved makes confirming to IS 733 and IS:1285,fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions,i.e. at top ,bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. alumiumn sections shall be smooth,rust free,straight,mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle,alumium snap beading for glazing/paneling,C.P. brass/stainless steel screws all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete shall as specified.

S&F powder coated aluminium door shutters,aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats,glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing,handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges,anodised aluminum snap beadingscrews etc. complete all as specified.

S&F of 6.3 mm thick tinted Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each panel of door and window with necessary fitting complete.

S&F in hydraulically regulated door closer aluminium(extruded scetion body) body heavy duty designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutter weighing between 61 Kg to 80 Kg as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Point wiring One light/ Bell point controlled by one switch using approved colour coding as per IS, with stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (nominal area), single core, flame retardant low smoke(FRLS), PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 marked TEC and FIA approved in and including PVC conduit pipe and its fittings ISI marked, with mild steel sunken boxes suitable for modular/normal switch/sockets etc with earth dolly duly painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally, incl covered with suitable module cover plate with frame including flame retardant low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm (nominal are) single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified.
