SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I Taking out existing unserviceable/serviceable CI/MS/GI/PVC/CPVC/UPVC Pipe 300 mm bore from the trenches including disconnecting branch connections, fittings and control valves complete all as specified and directed (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately).

Supply and laying DI K 9 tubings medium grade ISI Mark with all fittings such as elbow, bends, sockets, nipples and union etc and fixed complete laid in trenches for the 250 mm bore including taking down all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge :-

Material and labour for Repair to foot valve 200 mm bore in position by replacement of UNSV parts such as leather packing, Rubber packing,, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as required to make it functional complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for Repair to foot valve 150 mm bore in position by replacement of UNSV parts such as leather packing, Rubber packing,, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as required to make it functional complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for construction of brick valve pit of brick masonry of size 600 x600 x 600mm internal dimension complete with Angle Iron, 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover and locking arrangement including excavation and earth work and P.C.C 1:3:6 type with provision of two coat of synthetic enamal paint over one coat of red oxide primer including demolition of existing valve pit complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve pit of brick masonry of size 900 x 900 x 900mm internal dimension complete with Angle Iron, 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover and locking arrangement including excavation and earth work and P.C.C 1:3:6 type with provision of two coat of synthetic enamal paint over one coat of red oxide primer including demolition of existing valve pit complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve pit of brick masonry of size 1000 x 1000 x 1000mm internal dimension complete with Angle Iron, 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover and locking arrangement including excavation and earth work and P.C.C 1:3:6 type with provision of two coat of synthetic enamal paint over one coat of red oxide primer including demolition of existing valve pit complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of all electrical connection for taking out unserviceable centrifugel pump of any size from the foundation including other accessories carrying to workshop for repair complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare part measured and paid under relivent items.The cost of transportation to workshop is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for rewinding of centrifugal motor of any description, dismantling and strip opening of the motor, removing the old existing burnt windings, cleaning the slots and rewinding of the electric motor of 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply with existing gauge copper wire ( 99.99 % purity) including insulating material such as illumines paper, etherized paper, cotton waste, glass sleeves insulating varnish etc, refixing on existing platform and connected all the electric connections and mechanical connections and testing the complete pumping set up to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge for Upto 5HP capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electrical connection for taking out unserviceable submersible pump set any size from the bore well including column pipe and other accessories carrying to workshop for repair & back to site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) T&P required for lifting and lowering for submersible pump set column pipe (any number) shall be provided by the contractor. (ii) Necessary safety precautions for workmen shall be the responsibility of the contractor. (iii) The cost of transportation to workshop is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for Lowering the servicable submersible pump set any size after repair shifted to in its orignal location joint with column pipe and other accessories connecting to all electrical connection testing and commissioning the same complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of transportation from workshop is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.Necessary safety precautions for workmen shall be the responsibility of the contractor.

M & L for removing the burnt winding wire of the submersible motor cleaning the slots for rewinding, and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire ( 99.99 % purity) superior quality as per exisitng gauge and size, varnishing, drying, replacement of bearings and assembling the motor of Capcity from 15 HP to 40 HP complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of sand guard assembely of 5 HP to 40 HP submersible Motor as existing make and size all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electrical connection for taking out unserviceable VT Motor of any size from the foundation of bore well and other accessories carrying to workshop for repair including all electrical connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare part measured and paid under relivent items.

M & L for removing the burnt winding wire of the VT motor, cleaning the slots for rewinding, and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire ( 99.99 % purity) superior quality as per exisitng gauge and size, varnishing, drying, of Capacity 30 to 40 HP complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Lowering the VT pump any size after repair shifted to in its orignal location joint with column pipe,motor and other accessories connecting to all electrical connection testing and commissioning the same complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of transportation from workshop is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M& L for Opening and checking and repair of fully automatic solid state CC-4A,CB-4SA,CC-4P,CC-4A models fault analyzer cum control system with (a) Low voltage cut off 350 Volt AC (b) High Voltage Cut off 450 Volt AC (c) Pick up volt 360 Volt AC (d) Cut off time- Fraction of time (e) Unbalanced volt cut off- a deference of 35Volt to 45 Volt between any two phase with 3 phase over load protection (f) Relay contact rating 5 Amps resistence at 230 V AC or 1 Amp at 415V AC (e) 4 LED fault indicators (Make: Guardian) once in a month to make it functional at all the times for smooth operation of pumping set installed at various location of water supply installations. Disconnecting and transport to workshop and complete connection after disconnecting of voltaze stablizer, opening for repair automatic voltage stabilizer for automatic operation air natural/oil cooled servo controlled type input voltage 260-440V and output voltage 420 V capacity 25 to 400 KVA complete all as specified and as specified and as directed (Note :- (i) Cost of transportation of voltage stabilizer to workshop and back after repair complete is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Replacement of the parts if any found worn out/defective shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement of dimmer coil with super enameled copper winding wire of existing make and size complete in all respect including varnishing tapping and insulating material to get same capacity of 25 to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of electronic circuit plate complete with DC transformers and shape (PCB cold ) Upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old servo motor and supply and fix new servo motor of upto 150 KVA Voltaze Stablizer and shape along with all connected accessories and cap complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old carbon bush with carbon holder incl S & F new carbon bush with carbon holder of upto 400 KVA Voltaze Stablizer size and shape complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Taking down of manually operated oil immersed star delta starter of any capacity from its existing position, removing the transformer oil in a suitable container for reuse, replace the old unserviceable fixed and moving contract, over load coils, no volt coil complete and refixing the starter assembly in its existing position connecting the complete system and making the starter functional complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Servicing / maintenaace of Air Blowers of adequate capacity (not less than 250 cfm) coupled with electric driven AC induction Motor of cap 20 HP three phase including carrying out maintenace check along with following repairs (a) Dismantling of Twin lobe commpressor in presence of MES representative and display all the parts without damage any portion for inspection of Engr in Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts and assembling the same after filling compressor oil No 320 or as existing, upto indicated level. (b)Heating, varnishing to stator, rotor with super qualityvarnish and drying out properly. (c) Cleaning, washing and greasing of ball bearing complete. (d) Assembling of motor with old serviceable parts and replacement of UNSV parts with new as ordered where necessary. (e) Installation of motor by making connections as per existing and testing on load complete. Note:- Any minor repair and replacement of parts like bearing,gasket, gland packing, Nuts bolts washers, Gear oil of compressor etc and labour cost to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Rewinding of motor if required shall be measured and paid to be included in the quoted rates

Taking down of LT Panel star delta starter of any capacity from its existing position, removing the Burnt contactors ,replace the old unserviceable fixed and moving contract, over load coils, no volt coil complete and refixing the starter assembly in its existing position connecting the complete system and making the starter Panel functional complete all as specified and directed.
