SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I Design, fabrication, supply and erection of pre-engineered building (PEB) steel structure for " Twin Aircraft Shelter" of size 50mX30m including all civil works in foundations duly designed, including the work listed in Sch 'A' notes and shown on drawings, design of PEB structure as specified from approved firms as listed and vetting of design and drawing from IIT before acceptance of tender, complete all as specified and shown on drawings with the following:- Note :- Rates quoted by the contractor shall also deem to include the cost of the following :- (i) Design of PEB structure Twin Aircraft Shelter from PEB approved firm/vendor as listed in particular specifications along with vetting of design and drawing from IIT . (ii) Arch drgs provided by the department will form part of contract however structural drawings for Twin Aircraft Shelter shall be provided by contractor, which will be vetted by IIT. (iv) The structural steel members shall be designed as specified here in before and in particular specifications.

Supply and fix Flame proof , weather proof flood light fitting in Epoxy finish LM6 aluminium alloy housing with heat resistant and toughened glass cover,additionally secured with wire mesh guard and chain, mounting bracket with swivel hinges for manual adjustment, suitable for 250 W Metal Hallide lamp including ballast, capacitor, ignitor, terminal box, prewired and connecting accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Supply and fixing flame proof distribution board SPN 6 way including 1No MCB SPN 32 amps as incomer and 4 Nos MCB SP of appropriate rating as outgoging, confiming to IS-2206 Part-I of 1984, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- MCB's should be integrated by manufacturer for flame proofing before installation.
Supply and fixing flame proof distribution board TPN 4 way including 1No MCB TPN 63 amps as incomer and 12 Nos MCB SP 32 amps as outgoging, confiming to IS-2206 Part-I of 1984, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- MCB's should be integrated by manufacturer for flame proofing before installation.

Rolling and consolidation formation surfaces in cutting at Optimum Moisture Content to achieve 98 percent of maximum of dry density (modified PROCTOR density) and to achive K-value of 5.30Kg/SqCm/Cm with power suitable compacting plant such as vibratory roller etc. including filling in soft spots, depression etc., which occur during rolling (for portion coming in cutting/original ground only) to required level and gradient including watering before and during rolling, complete all as specified and directed.
200mm thick Granular Sub Base (GSB) of grading II as per MORTH Specification, surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber, using earth compactor of 8 to 15 tonne capacity or compaction at Optimum Moisture Content to achieve the min 98% density of MOD determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code to achieve min CBR value, complete all as specified and as directed.
150mm consolidated thick Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in two layers (each layer of 75mm consolidated thick) with coarse aggregate of specified grade as per MORTH, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using mechanical paver and tandom vibratory roller/earth compactor of capacity 8 to 15 tonne or compaction at Optimum Moisture Content to achieve the min 98% density of MDD determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code,laid in layers of consolidated thichness all as specified and directed.
Dry lean concrete (DLC) of compacted thickness 150 mm thick ( as per requirement ) with 7 days compressive strength of 10 N/mm² with minimum cement content as per Design mix but not less than 240 kg cement per CUM, using grading as per MORTH specification Table 600-1, spread, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient using necessary mechanical sensor paver and tandem vibratory power roller of capacity exceeding 8 ton and not exceeding 12 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.
350mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) work in pavement of flexural strength 45 kg/ sqcm (lower control limit) in field using minimum cement content as per Design mix but not less than 400 kg OPC cement per CUM with crushed graded stone aggregate, Combined grading of Coarse & fine Aggregate as per MORTH Table 600-3 and super plastisiizer, required as per design mix ( as per IRC V th revision ) mixed with and including triangular / non circular synthetic fiber reinforcement minimum 12mm length @ 0.25% by weight of cement, spread and compacted by using fix form paver and all as specified and including necessary T & P for bull nosing , rounding of edges, and finishing the surfaces by mechanical brooming/ belting, curing etc complete all as specified shown on Drawings. Cured with curing compound as per recommendation of Auth approving design mix. Note : - Cost of admixture (super plasticizer) and curing compound are inclusive in the cost of Quoted above. The recron fibre reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately in item no 6.12 of BOQ.
Forming construction joint deep 25mm deep and 10mm wide (Using diamond cutter) providing polythene backup rod 12mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant 12mm) complying with BS 5212,BS 4254, and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF+ 30% with ten years performanance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing tha masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing,specified and as directed.
Forming dummy joint 1/3 depth of slab i.e 115mm depth and 8mm wide (using diamond cutter) providing backup rod 10mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant 12mm upto a depth of 30mm, beyond 30mm depth and remaining full depth of 85mm the joint size will be 3mm wide cut with diamond cutter) complying with BS 5212,BS 4254, and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF+ 30% with ten years performanance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing tha masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing,specified and as directed.
Forming 25mm wide expansion joint filled with compressible synthetic filler board for complete depth of joint 350mm, i.e the thickness of slab, provision of closed cell backup rod 30mm dia, filled with polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant above back up rod shall be of 15mm), complying with BS 5212,BS 4254, and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF+ 30% with ten years performanance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing tha masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing, specified and as directed
10mm thick (compacted thickness) layer of sand filling, spread, levelled and rammed including watering and consolidating finished to required profile complete all as specified and directed.
Polyethlene film 400 micron black spread and laid over sand layer with minimum 15 cm side and ends laps as per IS-2508. (Note : Net measurement shall be meqasured without any allowance of overlaps).
Applying two coats of road marking paint (oil based) over a coat of primer (Conforming to IS-164-1981) white or yellow after preparation of surfaces for lines, dashes arrows, letters etc., on bituminous surfaces/pavements exceeding 10 cms width using automatic mechanical nozzle sprey machine complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply only polyester triangular/non-circular synthetic fibre 12mm size recron 3 S @ 1 Kg/ Cum of concrete conforming to type II fibre under ASTMC : 1116-89 having tensile strength 4000 to 6000Kg/sqcm at acting point 250 degree centigrate, complete all as specified and as directed.
Mild steel bars (For Mooring points) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips confirming to 410W(E-250), complete all as specified and as directed.
