Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers (Asian,cico,durabuild or equivelent Brand as approved by E/I) having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with 7 years Warranty NSI

Cement concrete with 2 cm. gauge approved hard stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) & cement in proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Ist class brick work in 1:6 cement & coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Repair to 2.5 cm (1") cement concrete floor in patches including up to 10 cm.(4") depth renewing 8 cm.(3") base concrete consisting of one part cement, 4 parts aproved coarse sand and 8 parts of 4 cm.(1.5") gauge brick ballast as in C.C.floor consisting of one part cement 2 parts approved coarse sand and 4 parts approved stone grit including supply of all materials.labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 6 mm. thick plaster with 1:3 cement & coarse sand including labour, materials & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

3 mm thick floating coat of neat cement finish including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (cement consumtion 0.044 bag/Sq.m.)

Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & six part of coarse sand(1:6),minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

Painting or varnishing old iron work in small areas or old wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to theI.S. 103-1950.

Applying Birla or equivalent putty on new interior or exterior surface over one coat of water based cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothening and levelling of the surface as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work. Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.(CSI No.13.21)

Same as in item 13.22 but for each coat of APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint .on previously treated surface. (CSI No. 13.24)

Same as in item no 13.22 above but for every coat of additional APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint . (CSI No. 13.23)

One priming coat and one coat oil bound distemper on new work including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (CSI No. 13.08)

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) . Same as above in item no. 13.25 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint. (CSI No. 13.26)

Wiring point for light with 1.5 sq. mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in PVC conduit pipe on surface, complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuity wire,GP Box ,piano type switch and ceiling rose/angle/ batten holder on 3 mm. thick phenolic laminated backelite sheet etc. complete in all respect, as directed .

Wiring point for fan /fresh air fan (light duty exhaust fan) with 1.5 sq.mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in PVC conduit pipe on surface complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuity wire, piano type switch & ceiling rose on 3 mm. thick phenolic laminated backelite sheet etc, complete in all respect.

Wiring Point for plug with 1.5 sq. mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in PVC conduit pipe on surface,complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuity wire , GP Box and piano type switch and socket etc. complete in all respect

Wiring point for exhaust fan/Power Plug with 1.5 sq. mm.FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in PVC conduit pipe on surface complete with14 SWG copper earth continuity wire, 15 A piano type switch & ceiling rose on 3 mm.thick henolic laminated backelite sheet etc, complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing of 110 mm dia PVC pipe 4 Kg./ Sq.cm for water supply mains & rain water pipe of Tirupati or equi. Make with special such as Tee, bend, socket, elbow etc. including cutting of pipe where necessary and including excavation of trenches for laying the pipe line of approved size (600 x 900 mm) and including its back filling after testing the pipe line , watering, ramming etc complete including disposal of surplus earth from the sides upto 100 mtr as per direction of Engineer incharge as required for proper completion of work.
