Providing and fixing (10+2) mm thick SCHEIT / EPITOME / PERGO / UNITEX click Laminate Flooring/Skirting having an inbuilt 2 mm Sound block SC backing - class of use 23/33, wear Resistance AC-5, Impact Residence-IC 3, (as per EN13329), Top surface having a MLC (Multi Layer Composite) High Pressure Laminate, top surface treated with (Aluminium Oxide) surface guard & on the top of high density fiber board substrate specially development core having smart lock Tounge and Groove joints to secure long lasting joint. The edge of Tounge and groove planks duly impregnated with paraffin. The approved decor planks to be placed on Upnderlay-0.2mm thick Alkali resistant Polyethelene sheet 2mm EPU foam to resist any moisture movement from the sub floor and secure floating floor installation as per the direction, satisfaction and shades approved by the Engineer-in-charge (Note:- The item includes removal of existing wooden flooring if required, rectification of undulation. nothing shall be paid extra on this account).

Supplying & Fixing of Schiet bohemia/Pergo/Falco plank engineered hard wood flooring of plank size of minimum 1800 mmX120mmX15mm with the top veneer of min 3mm hardwood on multilayer ply with chick locking and micro-beveled edges as per the direction, satisfaction and shades approved by the Engineer-in-charge (Items includes removing of existing wooden flooring wherever required).

Providing and fixing JUNCKER'S or of equivalent make solid hard wood flooring 14mm thick 2 strip of approved shade / brand and manufacturer over 6mm thick U-foam sheet. The installation is done by the clip method. Two planks are joined with help of Stainless Steel Clip to ensure control of expantion during climatic charges. Spacers are used to leave adequate gaps between 2 planks to esure fair amount of expension and get filled up during the couse of time and also ensure that there are no highly visible joints in the floor. At all 4 ends rubber bands as expansion material to be used ensure uniform gaps and also ensure that enough space has been left for expansion, complete funished in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Sample of hardwood flooring should be approved by the Engineering In-charge).

Providing and placing at site SCHEIT / EPITOME / PERGO / UNITEX wooden beading of size 25X25mm to match with flooring as per manufacture specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing at site SCHEIT / EPITOME / PERGO / UNITEX wooden door profile to match with flooring as per manufactures specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of THERMORY PINE C92 wood Panels of size 140 mm (Breadth) X 20 mm (thickness) X 2400 mm to 5100 mm (length) of make BRENSTOL OU/Kebony/Perennial wood installed on a frame made of Hollow Aluminum Channels (Size 25mm X 50 mm) at a distance of 450-600 mm. The aluminum frame will be leveled and undulation of wall will be adjusted by filling with wood in the aluminum channels. THERMORY PINE C92 wood Panels are then to be fixed over the aluminum channel with the help of SS B1 THERMORY FASTNERS & SS Screws. The screws should not be visible after finishing. The fixed THERMORY PINE c92 Wooden panel surface will be finished with Exterior oil based coatings from CUTEK, Australia in the desired stain. This item includes all cost i.e. duty, taxes, installation, transportation, wastage, labour and T&P required for the job etc.

Deduct for taking away of any type of wooden laminate flooring/skirting etc and the like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of the contractor after dismantling duly weighed/measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his Authorized representative all complete.
