CIVIL WORK

Dismantling the existing cuddapah slab flooring and clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with M.sand in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8(one cement,foursand and eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly including dewatering, side shuttering, strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3(One Cement, one and half Sand and three Aggregate) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. In foundation and basement

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild steel sheets etc., complete Column footing, plinth beam, top tie beam.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C.works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

FLOOR FINISHING with fine polished cuddapah slab of 40mm thich laid over cement mortar 1:3(one cement and three sand) of 20mm thick over the existing bed of cement concrete etc., complete .

Relaying the Floor with existing Cuddapah slab of 40mm thick laid over cement mortar 1:3(one cement and three sand) of 20mm thick over the existing bed of cement concrete including pointing the semi polished cuddapah slab with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with black oxide to full depth as directed by the departmental officers.

Pointing with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement and four sand) 12mm thick over the pressed tiles roof top mixed with best approved quality water proofing etc., complete.

Pointing the existing cuddapah slab of 40mm thick laid over cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick and pointing the joints to full depth of slab with same mortor mixed with black oxide. etc., complete.

Brick Work in cement mortar 1:5(one cement, five sand) using best quality stock bricks of size 9”X4 3/8”X2 3/4” for wallsetc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed. In ground floor upto 4.5M height above basement

Plastering the wall with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Plastering the wall with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the newly plastered wall surface with two coats of ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting new iron works with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the red oxide primer in all floor including cost of scaffolding, brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Labour charges for repairing the main gate including cost of welding rod, hire charges for welding machine, labour charges for welding, fixing and conveyance charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers .

Letter writing over the wall in front of shop using synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour including cost of paint, brush and labour charges for painting, letter writing etc., as directed by the departmental .officers.
